Additional tip - check the A/C in all rooms to ensure it's working as soon as you arrive. We had issues with our one bedroom apt. The bedroom A/C didn't work (they said they don't have A/C's, they called them coolers).

I would recommend you email the hotel. I did because I had a query about bedding for my little boy and they responded really quickly. their English is amazing, I wish my Danish was half as good!! very friendly too.
