spent a week in Copenhagen and I missed a little more comfort in your hotel; I would have liked a corner for relaxation and rest. The visit of a city is often tiring; And I left in evidence in my room Ray Ban sunglasses that I did not use. And they disappeared; I realized it this morning while packing my luggage, and this evening after having checked my luggage I am certain of it...!!! it's a pity in a city where one lives differently than in Paris.

Hello Allow me to write you about my reservation number 2650987133 through booking.com for an accommodation from 24 to 31 December. Despite my various requests and the very critical COVID situation, you did not accept any change in accommodation dates and any refund. I am very disappointed because I would liked to take advantage of the visit to discover all the cultural and architectural richness of your city. That said, by mistake on your part and without being informed, on December 23, you proceeded to a repayment transaction of 670 euros and immediately after you made a billing of 712 euros on my bank account. The difference between the two amounts corresponds to a banking fee of 42 euros. Note that the reservation had already been paid on 13 December with a amount of 712 euros including an fee of 42 euros. I ask you for agreeing to reimburse these additional bank charges of 42 euros, which are not due to my responsibility. Receive my best regards

Great location to visit Copenhagen ! I felt safe and it was very clean with friendly ( & helpful ) staff. I was able to walk to a ton of cool places and was easy to find. Access to Public Transporation was close by when I wanted it.

Really nice, clean hostel, very clean linen. Friendly staff and comfortable to stay at. Very central and it was great to be right by the river. Really nice breakfast, except you have to book a slot in advance, but I can see why they do this. The only downside was the light that kept going on every time someone walked in the room, or went to the bathroom. Woke me up a few times. Needs some type of screen.
