There are a few places that you stay that will stick permanently in your mind - Manor House is one of these! The farm itself is wonderful - quiet, relaxed, and with fantastic gardens. The rooms are full of antiques, and would rival any 5* hotel for comfort and space. However, what really sets Manor House apart are Chris and...

Chris and Margaret could not do anything else to make your stay perfect. Every little detail has been carefully thought out including toiletries in the bathroom, a mini fridge with fresh milk and the most comfortable four posted bed and bedding. An old farm with bits going back several centuries with a style all of its own. The owners may well have cornered the market in 17th and 18th century pewter, as well as carved wooden figures from the same period. The rooms are just fantastic - four poster beds, wall hangings, more of the eclectic antiques and furniture. Breakfasts are...

5 of us wanted to avoid both the cost and bedlam of staying in a resort hotel for our Bank Holiday weekend visit to Alton Towers and this ticked all the boxes. We had 3 of the 4 bedrooms in the main house which all have 4 poster beds and lots of quaint artefacts befitting a 16th century farmhouse. Saying...

Again so pleasing to find our guests taking the time to write an extremely complimentary review.
