We are currently staying here and I'm really surprised at all the bad reviews. A cot was already set up in the room as we are traveling with a baby and it was really nicely made up. The room is clean and spacious with a separate sitting area which is lovely when staying in at night. Granted the shower is...

The room was normal but pretty clean. The shower is in the same place than the room without door. The breakfast is easy but more than enough. Then were taking care of the food allergic without extra payment. The hotel is next to the subway so Really easy to travel in addition to around 20 min walk from the center....

Hotel Aldoria was our base for a two night weekend adult getaway in Stockholm. We arrived in the morning by Arlanda Express and after about 20 minute walk managed to check-in right away to our just cleaned room. The actual room was clean and freshly decorated with a nice big bed. The toilet and the bathroom were from a different...

It is hard to be objective after the accommodation at this hotel: we were staying in a room infested with bedbugs. After the first night, we had to be accommodated in a double room because it was applied insecticide in our room. Then we were moved again in the first room where we were bitten by insects again and dozens...

A small budget hotel, nice cozy rooms. No special view, and not straffed 24 hours. Calm hotel, in the inner city, but not in the most crowded area. About 15 minutes walk to the central. For the one who is not planning to spend to much time in the room(s).

I had organised all the accommodation on our trip and had emailed the hotel that we would be arriving very late after midnight. I gave dates and times and I had the entrance code but it did not work. So for 5 hours my husband and I sat in the McDonalds with the homeless people till they opened at 7am....

Well maybe some people will not conicder this hotel a 3star hotel. However, for me it is super. Newly renovated rooms and a great shower. The hotel occupies 4th and 5th floor at an office building, I never tried a hotel like that but it will not prevent me to book a room there next time I am in town....

The hotel is close to the metro station, supermarkets, cafes and fast food chains. Central station only two stops from Fridhemsplan station (blue line). Ideal for sightseeing because the whole city is good accessible. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't like bed because was too soft. Decoration was two beautiful photos of Stockholm. Staff was helpful and friendly....

The hotel is situated across 3 or 4 floors within an office block which is a bit strange. It also shares access and a lift with the rest of said office block. The room itself was ok, clean and comfortable but not luxurious in anyway. What is disconcerting is that the shower is in the lobby between your room front...

The hotel was conveniently located; metro and buses to the city center were right outside of the hotel. Also, you could walk, and it would take about 20-25 minutes. The room was small, and the beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed two nights, and they did not change the sheets or make up the beds. I agree with other breakfast...

Staying in Kungsholmen

Neighbourhood Profile
Kungsholmen
Kungsholmen is one of the largest islands in central Stockholm and one of the most popular places to live. Its most famous attraction is Stockholm’s City Hall, which stands out with its monumental architecture and is one of the most photographed buildings in Sweden. Kungsholmen has its own little city center and shopping mall, its own beach and a lovely pedestrian area next to the water, which charms both locals and visitors with beautiful little cafés, restaurants and of course an awesome view. This neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed stroll followed by some coffee on a Sunday afternoon.
