Great communication, clear check-in instructions sent via SMS message and the staff is very friendly. There's a pretty neat kitchen, the room was pretty spacey for a single-person room, and the localization is pretty good. Overall, great value for money, highly recommended!

The hostel is an affordable option if you are on a budget and staying a night or two in Göteborg. Situated near the Haga area this hostel is at a good location (the bus stop for the bus heading to the train station is literally located on the doorstep). The staff was nice and there is a shared kitchen. In...

I stayed here for two days. I had my own room but shared the bathroom. The check in and out went easy, got the code by email and everything worked. It was a quiet hotel. It is in walking distance of the main centre, 15-20 minutes walk. In the area are enough eating/drinking facilities.

When I booked the room, the picture showed a bunk bed in a small windowless room so I was very impressed when there were actually another single bed at the side of the bunk bed. Despite windowless, there was a small table fan which helped with the ventilation. There were 2 shower cubicles and a toilet in the shared bathroom...

We booked a week in advance and there were no problems with the credit card used. The check in is only a few hours and we arrived after the check in time (we notified ahead of time) and so we had to resort to sending sms messages to communicate. The communication process was very difficult and only upon arrival were...

Simple but useful accommodation. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space to put personal items. Lots of local information available in the reception area.

Just what we were looking for. Very cosy and staff were really friendly and accommodating. Free Wifi and even a kitchen area if you want to prepare your own food. In conclusion; very good value for money. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Gothenburg.

The hostel is well placed for public transport and is a pleasant place to stay. Read your room description carefully though. Many of the rooms don't have an outside window and ours was very small - just room for two bunk beds, a bureau and a chair. On the plus side the owner was very helpful and pleasant although was...

I visited Gothenburg for a couple of days. The city is wonderful with so many things to see and amazing sea food. Linne Hostel was alright, quite expensive for what you get (just a small bed + shared bathroom). It definitely needs some improvement in the bathrooms + toilets + corridors and the opening hours of the reception need to...

“The first floor kitchen has less seating and might be better to stay next to because less people can congregate at once (less noise) as opposed to the upstairs kitchen which has a sofa, multiple tables and a television.”
