Poor hotel that I could not check into, but was charge for the night. I came late and there was no one in the reception and no one answered the telephone that was at the main entrance. The day after they charge me for the night I had to spend at another hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2016. Our room (#24) was small and basic and opened on to the main lane way outside the hotel so was a little noisy when the garbage trucks come at 5am! It was however very clean and more than adequate for a couple to use as a base for exploring the city....

We had a lovely room overlooking the front of the hotel. We booked car parking in the tiny car park adjoining the hotel. Very tight entrance, but we managed it eventually. The room was of light, bright Scandinavian design. Bed and pillows perfect for us providing an excellent nights rest. It was Saturday night so a bit noisy, but the...

Recently stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Gothenburg for a concert at the Ullevi Stadium. Upon arrival we were given a warm welcome by the young lady on Reception, and the check-in process was very quick indeed. My room was very spacious, the bathroom was fairly large with excellent shower facilities, and complimentary toiletries, shower gel / shampoo etc.....

We were beat when we arrived Friday evening after a long and tedious workweek and a four hour drive from Oslo. We relaxed immediately after getting situated in the room. The calm and friendly demeanor of the hotel staff played a big part in feeling welcome. The interior of the hotel does not assault the senses, while there is plenty...

It's a 10 minute walk to the train station, and close to everything. Huge room compared to what we were used to this trip. The cafe downstairs was a bonus and had a good variety for the included breakfast. If your going to get there late be sure and let them know, reception closes at 10:30. It's a boutique, clean,...

I believe this hotel's branding is charm. The charming bit is probably its small size and location in dead-center Gothenburg. The hotel itself is really just another hotel with limited offering due to its size. Dont take me wrong - its all good and my bed comfortable as few, but charming? Unsure... Weather did not permit the use of the...

I liked our room. It was comfortable and the wifi was good. The bathroom fan was a little noisy. But I would certainly recommend to others and would stay again. It was about a 10 minute walk from the station so ideal. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast nice with a soy milk option. It was quiet too.

We have just come back from a four day stay in Gothenburg staying at this very central and comfortable hotel. Our room, being one of the cheaper ones, was not huge but adequate and was furnished well with comfy bed and bedding. The shower had plenty of hot water and Elemis toiletries. We loved the cafe which served fresh and...
