Rooms were reasonably clean, though the floors were a bit sticky. The room design was good and practical though, Service was quite good; the counter staff was helpful in giving us directions and our other questions. Breakfast provided. Not fantastic but quite decent. Free coffee, tea and other drinks available at their lobby, which is quite welcome during this cold...

Bad layout of the breakfast room...slippery floor...cheap selection on food....hot meal very fatty , scramble eggs looks like somebody womited.....sausage to soft and slimy....cheap bread....the rooms is upstairs and only one on ground floor, the rest at the bottom of low rise block...seems to have been a resident block, before they changed to a hotel....

I agree with the fact that pictures are misleading. I believe only one floor has renovated rooms similar than the ones in the photos. Also, the lift was broken in our floor so we had to go to the one above and go down by foot. According to the description of the rooms when booking, I upgraded for a room...

First of all, the pictures online are extremely misleading. Our room looks nothing like any of the pictures. The room has a big double bed with thin duvets (which is too cold in the fall in Sweden), a sofa with a huge brown stain on it, and a desk with a chair. There is no way of regulating the temperature...

In my opinion way too expensive for what you get, an old and very small room. If you have to go to the toilet you cannot even sit comfortable because your knees are banging all the time against the bath furniture. If you can get a better choice do it, I will not return to this hotel for sure.

The title is written in capitals deliberately; this place is disgusting, do not stay here. I would've given this zero circles, if the app had let me. This is not a hotel, it's a hostel and that is doing a disservice to hostels (as they aren't bad in Sweden). For UK readers, imagine University halls accommodation but a filthy, unkept...

We had a nice stay in Arena Hotel. From the outside, yo don't know what to expect, but when you enter your room it definitely feels spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is rather basic, but you can find everything you need to have a good breakfast. Near the hotel there's a tram station, very useful to get around in the city.

A small hotel in the center of the city. The room was small, the towels were not clean and it was too expensive for what we got. Small breakfast as well. However, the staff were very helpful and the hotel had free wifi.

When we sat down to book the hotel we went to the hotels own website. Everything looked nice and modern. When we arrived we got a room that was nothing like the pictures we saw. This was the kind of room that made Harry Potters cupboard look like a presidential suite. So, if you're looking for something good, I suggest...
