This hotel is located close by a train station, which make access easier. Staff is kind and helpful. Remarkable: the ironing room, not so common based on my experience, but helps in having a closer-to-home feeling. Bathromm was smelly, not nice, but was properly noticed at checking it. Just an ok place.

The room is clean but small for 2 persons. I came down to dine at the restaurant and waited 15 minutes to be seated, finally when someone came out with dishes in hand, I said hello!! He replied: hello and continued his way to serve the dishes to some guests without even really look at me and then returned to...

a very good hotel. connected in 6 min to center town and 15 min to airport. very quiet area, and just next to the hotel a zone od wooden houses from the 1920's, very nicely mantained, a pleasure to have a walk there. Good brekfast, nice staff at front desk, fairly large room. some noise crosses the windows of the...

We stayed here for three nights. They accommodated us before check-in because we were a family traveling. We really appreciated it. The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and nice. They helped me with heating up food, cleaning bottles. The room was clean and in good conditions. Not so pram friendly, but the staff are happy to help....

We enjoyed our stay at the Park Hotel Käpylä. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was a bit outside the city centre, so it was fairly quiet. There was free parking for our car in the nearby back streets, but we travelled to the city with public transport each day to avoid the traffic and finding parking places...

I arrived on the afternoon and everything was prepared, the room was nice and the staff aswell. Spent a couple of nights here while attending interviews and the downside to my room was the noise from the street, luckily I am a heavy sleeper so I didn't bother me at all but keep in mind that the room facing the...

Easy parking just front of the hotel. Staff was okei, but somehow not "present" at the reception. Breakfast was standard. Exception in Finland that there was strong taste cheese. Christmas lunch was okeis, but nothing special. Face-lift is needed.

Käpylä is a bit different place to spend a night in Helsinki, it's unique and easy-going neighborhood, located near Helsinki centre. Käpylä was the Olympic village during Helsinki olympics 1952. The Park Hotel was modernized and clean little hotel with a touch of nostalgia. The Park Hotel is located near tram number 1 turnaround stop and the train station of...

We spent a seminar day here last Friday. I was surprised, how poor the food in this hotel was, starting from the morning breakfast bun (gluten free for me). Old, watery cucumber inside and the bread was also the cheapest from the gluten free selection. Lunch was even worse, old watery lettuce (I guess from the yesterday's salad bar) and...

Before I visited I did use the hotel website to obtain directions on how to get there using public transport. The instructions were easy to find and accurate so I had no problem getting to the hotel from the airport by bus (approx 90 mins from landing). The room felt a little dated but still spacious and comfortable. There was...

“I don't know about a good room, however a tip to English speaking travellers. If english is your first language, I would recommend AGAINST going to St Petersburg with the St Peterline ferries, I have never felt discriminated against in my life until this ferry. The staff cannot smile, they are rude and do not care whether you like it or not. Being friendly or pleasant towards them does not help. We were nearly left stranded in St Petersburg because of their error, no apology. On a more positive note, The Super Star ferry to Estonia was brilliant! I think they may do St Petersburg as well, however sadly, the locals of St petersburg weren't friendly either. Maybe it was just us!”
