My wife and I came across this super little hotel whilst visiting the area. Located just off the main road it is easy to get to. It has a pleasant bar offering delicious cocktails. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
Akureyri is the second largest city in Iceland (actually a large village). Located on a very picturesque fjord.
Hotel is part of a chain. Medium size. Looks like they host meetings. Very large dining area with very good breakfast (included). Check in very professional.

What a great little hotel. Superb views across the fjord, handy for the centre of Akureyri and the airport. All with the added bonus of an amazing breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. I'll certainly be back
