I am currently staying in room 201, the first thing that hits you when you enter is the awful smell of damp and stale smoke within the room, they have the window open to try and disguise it but it's doesn't help at all. I am not happy with my room at all I have tried to get in contact... More

Small studios with a mini kitchen, fridge, bathroom with shower. Clean with parking nearby. Although it's almost 4km from the town centre there are shopping and eating options nearby. Including the Icewear outlet store. I found the owner easily contactable by email and helpful. Including checking in a couple of hours earlier. There is no manned reception and details of... More

Large budget hotel with bathrooms in the corridor on each floor. Fridge & microwave in each room, but no crockery. Free WiFi. Very near the 41 & 49 roads, so easy to reach from Keflavik. Various restaurants in the same street and a few minutes' walk to a large shopping area. €79, twin or double room. Staff are not always... More

First off, it's confusing because there's almost a dozen names online for this place. We booked this hotel off of Expedia thinking it was budget friendly. It was cheap. But this place is more like a hostel than a budget hotel. First off, be aware that if you arrive early there's no one on staff to let you in. We... More

We only stayed one night, and were pleased with the room. It was a good size, with a sofa bed, and a basic shower room and a little kitchenette. WIFI was free, but patchy, and parking wasn't great. Great for a city break.

Apartment like facilities so no formal reception, but things kept ready for our arrival. Room was nice and big with enough space to move around for 3 persons and maybe also 4. A Sofa cum bed made it adequate for 4. Bed was comfortable with adequate furnishings and towels. Bathroom was nice and fairly sized even for 2 persons. All... More

We stayed here for 7 nights. We booked the standard apartment but got upgraded. I say upgraded the only difference was a larger room with a sofa bed. However the room was a great size, clean and well designed. Although on a main road the noise after 8pm was minimal and over night not a car to be heard. Great... More

I selected this hotel based on price and distance from downtown Reykjavik. I won't be staying here again for future visits to Reykjavik. Negatives for the hotel: The hotel only has staff on reception between 8am and 8pm. After which point you have no help at all. Even during these times the reception was not manned. The manager/owner was off... More

There is a good restaurant across the street, near bus line to downtown, grocery store is a block away, bakery/coffee shop 200 meters open at 0730. Manager/owner is very helpful and courteous. The internet consistently worked well and the bathrooms were in good condition and kept clean.My... More

Hostel was ok. Room was clean, but quite small with simple beds. The wifi signal was strong and we were able to check in during the night. It is located close to a good supermarket which is open 24/7.
