The hotel was in a really convenient location for exploring the city and the room was bright and pretty and clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and we had a really great stay. We were on the 5th floor and our room had an awesome view of the water and the mountains.

We were upgraded from Hotel Cabin and it was absolutely wonderful. We could walk downtown, to the waterfront and restaurants. We took bus tours so was picked up right there. The front desk called us a cab one night. They were very helpful. Enjoyed our included breakfast with a lot of choices. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and...

Great location, only a 5-10 min walk to the harbour and most main areas of the city! Rooms were both clean and pleasant! Staff were all friendly and helpful, hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Reykjavik!

This is a very expensive city in a very expensive country. Yet, this hotel was well priced. Nothing fancy. Location was good. Could walk to many places. Reserved tours, so didn't need car. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. For a tropical person as I am, the cold was difficult to bear, but what else did we go for? Loved...

My son and I stayed here for 5 nights arriving back today. It is a great location, about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It is modern, clean and the rooms are a perfectly adequate size. Ours had 2 single beds, dressing table and chair and tv. Tv has bbc and itv, which is great. The hotel has a...

We came to iceland for a few days over Easter and had originally booked to stay in a different hotel which was overbooked so they arranged for us to stay here... and I'm glad they did! The hotel was a short walk to the city centre and we had a decent view of the sea and cliffs in the distance....

Very nice room sizes and good friendly staff. Good place, accessible easily from bus stops, laugavegur and other restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and helped with rescheduling the tours in case of bad weather.

Good breakfast, free parking and a decent sized clean room. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Reykjavik as well. Perfect for a few nights in Iceland and also to use as a base to explore further afield.

We reserved this hotel at the last moment. As we had to change our flight to a day earlier due to snowstorm. We got to the hotel around 12 pm with a hope time just leave our luggage but to our surprise the room was ready. The room was not big but sufficient enough considering we had an extra bed...

Arrived at the airport and bought my flybus ticket to go to bsi terminal in Reykjavik. You can pay extra and change at bsi terminal onto a little flybus from terminal to take you to your hotel. I opted to walk which took just over half hour as got little lost. Does take 20 mins if you know your way....
