Several family members and I spent a great week at Natura in February. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean and well laid out, and the hotel's restaurant was a very pleasant surprise (enjoyed a hearty breakfast every morning and several dinners there too). While the hotel is not downtown, the municipal bus service was immediately available, and...

Iceland Air hotel staff, particularly Sigrun Osk Snorradottir was delightful. We booked a room w/spa and breakfast package. Well worth it especially when it is 36 degrees outside. Good buffet breakfast. Sigrun worked at the spa and allowed us to borrow bathing suits and swim trucks to use the spa. Our luggage was delayed overnight. She helped our experience to...

Having arrived here in the early evening, we were welcomed by the staff on the front desk and checked in. Our room was spacious, double bed as ordered but surprisingly two single quilts which I couldn't get my head round. It was clean which is as you would expect and all the usual additions such as iron, soap, towels etc...

Asked for a double, given a twin. The bed is just too short. When arrived from airport at 5pm was told it was too late to change room as maids had gone home. Expected more from a 4 star hotel. Reception unable to resolve problem so feel very disappointed. Considered changing hotels, but I am only here for a short...

We purchased a package through Icelandair and this is the hotel that was included. It is very modern, clean, efficient and a good location. Right on the bus route to downtown and the package included a bus card for free bus transportation throughout the city. We used it 12 separate times so saved $400ISK per person on each trip. The...

Very pleased with the standard and quality of this hotel. Our room was comfortable and well appointed with nice art works on the walls. Comfy bed and really nice duvet. Bathroom was good size and the available toiletries were of very good quality. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a very wide range of foods and drinks available. I particularly...

A beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms, we stayed in a poet room. Beds were comfy (although I didn't like 2 small duvets rather than 1) and rooms were a great size. The hotel restaurant has great staff and lovely food. Reception were extremely helpful and friendly as were the tourist information staff. Spa area also very beautiful and quiet, great...

Flew our Lear to London but due to flukey wind landed in Iceland for fuel. Taxied to the hotel and had four lovely rooms waiting. They were small with feather bed mattresses and blankets. Hot water is really hot! From the springs and volcanos. Had one of my best five meals ever that night. Vodka nearly frozen, more caviar than...

The hotel met our needs and as part of a package vacation deal we were able to check in early from our overnight flight which was a big plus, however, we were initially placed in a room with two twin beds after requesting one double and then moved to the old part of the hotel where they were jackhammering above...

While its not all that convenient, you can walk to the churches and check out a bus pass to access the city center. Still if I went back, I'd try and find something in the city for easier access. The rooms here were rather basic but clean and nice.
