Stayed at this hotel recently. Its alot bigger than we thougt from the outside. Like most of the reviews the bedroom we stayed in was very small but adequate for the 4 nights we stayed. If you are wanting to hang out in your room then do not choose a twin bed room. We both thought that we got what we...

The Hotel Cabin is situated in a good area to walk into Reykjavik town centre, we did it via the sea front and the views were amazing. Bus stops close by, shop opposite and Government off-licence couple of minutes walk. The room was plenty big enough for two adults with en-suite. Breakfast was buffet and there was plenty of selection,...

Staff were very friendly, but the part we stayed in was far more like a hostel than a hotel. Probably reflective of the price, so I can't complain too much. But the single beds in our twin room were smaller than a regular single bed, even. Uncomfortable, cramped and only room for one suitcase in a twin room, so mine...

We stayed at this hotel for one night at the beginning and the end of our Icelandic fly-drive holiday. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Reykjavik, but is conveniently sitiuated with quick access to the major highways, ample free parking, and several good restaurants within walking distance. The service at reception was quick and efficient...

The staff could do enough for us, they were a credit to the place. We didn't have the best of rooms. We were on the ground floor and it was quite noisy at times however it was cheap and cheerful . Lovely breakfast and the evening bartender was a riot . We enjoyed our stay and if you are more...

This hotel's rooms are very small. The width of the room only wide enough for two twin beds and a two foot night stand between them. The length of the room is only big enough for the beds plus a two foot open closet. There is literally no room to put your luggage. The bathroom is so small that the...

I've stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in May 2013 (can't choose it from menu anymore, that's why it appears as 2014), but can remember well this trip and wanted to share my experience with the hotel: despite the negative comments here, I (we) think it was pretty normal for the price we've paid. Me and my colleagues from...

Small, noisy, poor pillow, dirty carpet, furniture was placed in hilaryous position since could fit the place between the beds... No reason to stay here, unless somebody else (in our case the travel agency) reserved it for you. Try to avoid.

Close to the centre , although still around a 30-40 minutes walk. But there is a bus stop nearby the hotel which takes you also to the centre. The breakfast is always the same, but international ( except the skyr). There is no free Wifi in the hotel but there is in the bus, so if you want to check...
