Boutique hotel with 5 star service! From the time we checked in to the time we checked out of the hotel front desk staff were exceptional and extremely friendly! Customer service is key in any trip you take and this was extremely a positive experience for us. For a boutique hotel it is what I expected, smaller in size rooms....

Reception staff exceptionally helpful. Breakfast plentiful and good choice of food. Within walking distance of city centre, shops and restaurants. Only minus was that you can clearly hear conversations of other guests as they walked past the bedroom.

We were here for one night in a suite room. The room is functional but that's it. Poor windows mean you hear the wind and snow. Also you can hear other rooms. Staff are friendly but functional. If our flight hasn't moved forward a day I wouldn't have stayed here - it was more out of necessity

We stayed in this hotel's apartments a few blocks away from the hotel that was right in the center of everything - close to restaurants, shops and the church. We had a beautiful view of Hallgrimskirkja Church and the apartment was furnished with modern accessories and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was served at the hotel and they had...

Convenient location. Stayed in Room 220. The room was very simple with 2 twin beds. Quiet. Water does smell of sulfur but you get use to it. Buffet breakfast in Snaps restaurant very good. Women at Front desk very helpful in finding a lost item and booking tour for us. I would definitely return.

We stayed here in December. The location - perfect being a minute from the main streets and 5 minutes from the harpa. Ideal position The staff- friendly and helpful in booking tours and making travel arrangements. The reception area- small with only a few seats usually occupied by people awaiting collection for tours. It could do with being bigger. The...

Not the flashiest hotel in town, but to these weary travelers it was a welcoming and comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights in Reykjavik. The hotel is popular with 20-somethings, but senior citizens like us are made to feel equally welcome. The room was clean, if on the small size; like most bathrooms we've encountered in Iceland's...

A friend and I stayed there for a week and everything was excellent. The place is clean, cozy with a nice nordic style. The location is very convenient because the place is close to the downtown area and quiet enough to get a good rest. The staff is kind and always willing to help. We had a problem booking our...
