Really enjoyed our stay here and the location is brilliant. Although it's worth mentioning that in a cosy little city the size of Reykjavik, everything is close together and central! Staff were friendly and helpful when booking a tour. We used Reykjavik Excursions for a few tours and would recommend this hotel when using them. The hotel is located close... More

Situated in the centre of Reykjavik, down the road from the Hallgrimskirkja church, perfect location! Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean, modern, great shower, well stocked mini fridge, no complaints at all! The restaurant next door looked very nice, but was always very busy, although we couldn't hear any noise from our room on the... More

This is a great hotel with friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and an excellent location in central Reykjavik. We arrived at 1pm and were able to get a room straight away despite the official check-in time being 2pm. We were located on the first floor just above the SNAPS restaurant (room 107). This could've been a red flag, but... More

We arrived early - 09:15. Checkin isn’t until 2:00 pm. However, the ladies behind the desk quarried their computers to find us a room that was available. With luck we got one on the second floor (perhaps I should say the first floor because the ground floor isn’t counted). The elevator was small but, at least they had one. Not... More

We stayed here from 31st October - 5th November. The hotel itself was very nice: clean, modern, with good size rooms. The only slight negative was that the wifi was weak in certain parts of our room that we had to move to around to pick up the signal. The desk staff were extremely helpful and called the Northern Lights... More

We stayed here in October, got the Rejkyavik excursions bus directly from the blue lagoon to this hotel. The 3 receptionists were so friendly and helpful and drew directions on the maps for us to go down to the main street the evening we arrived. The breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked waffles and so much crispy bacon! The hotel booked... More

My partner and myself stayed here from 10th-14th October. Lovely hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Rooms were a good size and very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. You can book tours through the hotel and we were able to book our airport transfer without any problems. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends... More

We chose Hotel Odinsve based on trip advisor recommendations for a long stopover in Reykjavik. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - you can easily walk to the cathedral, through town and down to the harbor (for the Northern Lights tour). Just enough to give you a taste of Reykjavik. The room was small...
