Yes, a million times yes. I adore this place specially because of its owners - and I will get to that soon. We booked a room for four nights and as we arrived all felt like home right away. The house is cozy, there's a well equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. It is not too far from the city...

Wanted to find an economical housing option while staying in Reykjavik and I found it! Enjoyed a private room with a shared bath in a nice residential neighborhood. Arrived late, but the host left instructions in a convienent location. The host and hostess were wonderful and very accomodating. As it is a guesthouse it saved me on food costs as...

Positives: The landlord was nice and polite, kinda a free spirit type of person guy. He provided us with personal detail map and told us all the details about Reykjavik. Room (twin room, ground floor) was clean and tidy. Kitchen was well equipped. There is no Bonus (an affordable grocery store) nearby but you can find a 24/7 supermarket (rather...

This guesthouse had a very homey, friendly feel to it. My room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed and clean. Across the main road lies Reykjavik's best-rated thermal pool, which is part of a pleasant park. A good Icelandic restaurant is up the road, and there are other places to eat and drink nearby....

My husband and I spend our first night in Reykjavik here. What lovely owners! extremely helpful and kind. The guest house is walking distance from the city center. The room was cozy and warm, with plenty of storage for our belongings. The bed was clean and the wifi worked perfect! The owner's wife is Colombian like me and was thrilled...

My husband and I stayed in Laugabjarg at the and of July. The owner was very friendly and hospitable, although he was not at a reception when we´ve arrived, but somewhere around the guesthouse in the garden and we spent more than 30 min looking for him, he welcomed us and provided us with a map of Reykjavik and recommended...

loved this place, little bit small rooms but that's to be expected in Iceland, especially a quaint little guesthouse like this. the steps out the backdoor are broken but still safe, the tap water in one of the bathrooms had no hot water as well as one of the kitchen sinks. the bathrooms are also shared with the kitchen being...

In our 3 day visit we never met the owner or greeted by him until on the last night of our visit when he got us out of bed in the middle of the night to pay for our room. The reception was mostly closed and unavailable for help/advise. We were left a map of the city and a handwritten...

We stayed at Laugabjarg for a week and had a great time. The host is a friendly man with lots of local knowledge. At check in he took his time to show us all the great sights at the free map, and also told us lots about icelandic history. The room, kitchen and bathroom was clean and tidy. Our only...

The owners were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, providing us with a map and pointing out recommended things to do and see. The hostel was clean and tidy, and our bed was definitely the comfiest we slept in whilst in Iceland. There was no blackout curtain - we visited in the first week of July, so it...
