What a great stay ☺great service and good welcoming. The room is very cosy and clean. I would recommend the Spa at the hotel. Breakfast is plain but very good. The staff is more than welcome to guide you. Thanks

What a truly wonderful experience we had, all because of the Owners. We really can never thank these folks enough! Our flight from Reykjavik to Heimaey Island was moved up due to weather moving in at our destination, and about the time we got checked in to our room, we could here the wind howling (something we love). We had...

If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, this is a great choice. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and quiet (ours had a great view too) and breakfast is included. There is also a jacuzzi and sauna from 5-10pm. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and hikes nearby. We would definitely stay here...

I stayed at Hotel Vestmannaeyjar this weekend and again I am impressed. The spa was really nice and the staff most helpful no matter what we needed. We were a large group and we were treated as if we were the only ones staying at the hotel. This was my third stay at Hotel Vestmannaeyjar and I cant wait for...

Really liked this hotel. Great room, great bathroom. Very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Booked by our tour company and they did a good job with this one. Check in was well arranged - we checked in late with a group. The best one on our tour - sorry we only stayed one night.

We spent one night here on a drive around Iceland and it was one of our favorite hotels of our trip. There aren't too many lodging options in town, so we weren't sure what to expect, but this was really fantastic. Warm friendly welcome, free parking, central location near our favorite restaurant in Iceland (Gott) and a stylish, comfortable room...

Stayed at Hotel Vestmannaeyjar in June 2016. Very clean and comfortable. Good stopping point as I explored Iceland's Southern Coast. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Parking was convenient and close to room. Competent staff.

this is really the only hotel on Heimaey, the main island. The town itself can be a bit bleak- I had the misfortunate of arriving the day after the large yearly music festival and the entire island seemed hung over, rubbish everywhere and stores stripped of food- this set the tone for my experience at the hotel- had booked a...
