This place was perfect for us. Very clean, comfortable room with good shower, excellent breakfast, and very attentive staff. What else could you want? There was private parking for about 6 cars, with more available on the street outside. We were very pleased and would return without hesitation. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel in our 3 day trip to São Miguel the rooms were very clean and comfortable with ocean view, could hear the waves crashing on to the rocks near by. Not the biggest tv and limited power plugs but overall a very good hotel with a very affordable price.

This was a good accommodation for me as a solo traveler. The room had a view out to the ocean, there was a fair amount of barking dogs once evening fell every night. I was able to easily find close by parking, two restaurants within short walking distance. Otherwise it was just the typical Azorean narrow streets & crazy driving....

We stayed in hotel Arcanjo 4 nights, everything was simply perfect! The service is so nice, they really helped us to move around and gave us great tips too. The place, Lagoa, is the best spot to visit the island, staying away from the the turistic spots and breathing the real spirit of Azores. They serve a very good breakfast...

We used this hotel as a base from which to explore the island of São Miguel by hire car (probably the only way to easily explore). The hotel is around twenty minutes from the airport and is signposted once you get close. Our satnav tried to direct us down a very narrow road to the hotel, but if you carry...

Stayed a night here during my week in Azores - I had thought I could do the island in public transport but really you need a car so was a bit stuck without one. The hotel receptionist on the day was very helpful and found someone to bring a car down to me at the hotel. It is a small...

Located in a very centric area, easily accessible and a good starting place to visit anywhere on the island. The hotel is very cosy, with a good breakfast (gluten free available). Last but not least: the staff is very welcoming, helpful and available. Completely recommend it!

The staff was very friendly, we didn't get see wiew but is possible. There is parking place. Our bedroom, was too big, with living room (in winter time is not so good because the heating is in the entrance and the bedroom stayed cold). Overall is a very good value for money.

Excellent value for money. Convenient location, parking, nice and friendly people trying to help whenever we asked for something. We have arrived at 1 o'clock at night because our flight was delayed and still we were welcomed, shown where to park and offered a traditional Christmas liquor. :) Wouldn't mind to come back here at all.
