Stayed overnight on a DBB rate for our visit to Wyndham Zoo. On arrival the receptionist was friendly, smiley and professional.Exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Our room was cleaned to a high standard and the beds were clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant early evening and the 3 courses we both had were well cooked, hot and plentiful. We were very satisfied with the quality of our meals and for the price we paid it was excellent value and really enjoyable.Peaceful night sleep considering it is just off the A2.Had room 123 at back of hotel.Breakfast was plated for you by hotel staff( good covid precaution) and the choices were plentiful.Loved the rabbits and squirrels outside our bedroom window.Nice seating outside and plenty of parking. We would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers and would like to say ALL staff are a credit to the IHG group.Stephanie Turton.

We stayed here for one night. It was clean, easy to get too and a short drive to Canterbury. Breakfast was great and the service was excellent, particularly by the night and morning staff. Clean and comfortable.

The One-way system for the breakfast does not work as should. It is pointless you let the people stand in front of the food and the chef or the team is plating it. Just use the breakfast card and deliver it to the room as should be. Or alternatively use the full lobby or restaurant areas, where the chairs and table have been pushed toward the wall to make more space and re-arrange the one-way system more efficiently. Simply the customer should not meet the other customers with less than two meters. The customer should not touch anything food-related this included drinks, hot drinks, coffee makers machine, cups etc. as that is cross-contamination or the virus can be spread. Therefore you should allow no more than 1-2 people from a different group to stand or stay close to each other. Please invest some money and buy a lift! Or put more people in the shift to help with the luggage.
