What a lovely relaxing place with wonderful hosts. The grounds are peaceful with lots of wildlife and a chilled decking to relax and watch it all. Honesty bar had selection of alcohol and soft drink and not expensive and enjoyed a drink of the decking. Room was very clean and comfortable, great shower. Breakfast was the best we’ve had and would return if down that way again. Walked to local pub mile and a half each way and had a nice meal.

Comfortable stay in a B&B in a lovely rural setting, but very close to central Canterbury. The rooms was clean, and nicely and modernly furnished. Breakfast was good, weird there wasnt a veggie option for breakfast other than no meat! There are grounds in which you walk around as part of the property and nice seeing the piggies running around. There is also a treehouse room which looked amazing, however we stayed in the main hotel part. No issues, great location, perfectly clean and comfortable.

We arrived at Oakside lodge and we were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and informative about the surrounding area , The Lodge is only approx 7 min car journey to Canterbury , also a great place to stay to explore the surrounding area , room was comfortable clean and warm , with everything you need for a restful night , the breakfast was excellent and the bacon and sausage was the best I have had for a long time , sourced from their own pigs , you can wander around the 5 acres and it feels like you are in the middle of no where , well worth a stay if you are ever down the south east

The stay was average - however take care not to leave anything behind - you wont see it again - you will be asked over breakfast to make sure you leave a 10 star review so be wary of what you read . A very basic place to stay

Oakside Lodge is a wonderful B&B near Canterbury and very handy for Canterbury and exploring the surrounding area. Owner, Stuart, is very welcoming and does a great 'full English'. with breakfast served up to 10.00am; great for those who like a nice lie in. The B&B is located in a quiet and picturesque setting with woodland you can explore and with two resident pigs! Our room was well-equipped, very comfortable with a lovely warm en-suite. We would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. From the moment we arrived to be greeted by Stuart ,we knew that he really wanted us to enjoy our stay and that nothing would be too much trouble. The rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely bathrooms Next day , breakfast was plentiful with cereals , fruit juices , full English breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee. I'm not sure if we will need to stay in this area again , but if so we will definitely stay here. Absolutely 1st class.

We had a great start of our holiday in this hotel. It is in the beautiful countryside of kent, but within ten minutes of the city of Canterbury. The lodge is on the edge of a forest. They keep their own pigs. The rooms are nice and clean and breakfast is very good. You can park right at the hotel.

Had a great stay in the treehouse for my partner’s birthday, the treehouse itself is fabulous, the host couldn’t have been more helpful even threw in a complimentary breakfast which was very tasty. I would definitely recommend if you want a bit of peace and quiet, we thoroughly enjoyed it 🙌
