On check was told cases would be taken to room. Waited half an hour so went down ourselves and receptionist carried up. Never saw a porter the whole week. We were upgraded to a Spa Room which was brilliant and very roomy. Staff all seem miserable and not overly helpful. Pool bar often not manned and not a good service...

Arrived to Malta on business and chose what looked to me, like a nice hotel in a convenient location. The price was right. It WAS the off season (I guess?) mid may? Anyway, I'm 39 years old. If you've ever seen the movie cocoon - that was my first thought. I was the youngest one there by easily 25-30 years....

We spent the day outside on the pool wich was 18€ each crazy price considering that the area is outdated and the sun beds not confortable. There is no pool service and the menu is not great at all, to order u need to wait at the bar. The only good point is that they allow childrens.

Forget it. Total shambles. Be warned: rumours they're going to pull the place down in May. Staff haven't a clue if they will have jobs or what will happen. Total rip off. Hotel advertised for approx £400 per week. I ended up paying over £700 plus 10 euros per night extra for Sea view room which was horrendous and to...

The hotel is in a good location very close to the The Point Shopping centre and Sliema's main shore street (facing Manoel Island). They also offer a complimentary boat ride at the Valletta harbour. However we regret to not that when the did the check in and arrived in the room noted immediately that (a) the TV was not working...

Booked a sea view room which was on the second floor, this is the lowest floor of rooms as the lounge and bar are on the first. The room itself was large, comfortable and very clean, however the view of Valetta was partially blocked by an ugly bridge leading to the shopping centre. Sitting on the balcony was no pleasure...

Went to this hotel on recommendation. Had an upgrade bedroom to a great garden view however it all went down hill from there. Firstly had dine around although was promised this by tour operator. Firstly you cannot always get into the 4 other restaurants as told because these restaurants will only accept a few from the hotel. The other spaces...

We travelled to Malta for three nights, as my husband was on business there, so I took the opportunity to revisit the island where we went on honeymoon. We were upgraded to a spa room on the 15th floor, which was a lovely room with a hot tub on the balcony! The room and bathroom were extremely spacious, and well...
