I stayed with my family for 5 days during a recent business conference. First, the good: there was a single room that could accommodate our family (not always easy to fine), the rooms were cleaned regularly, and the ambiance was unique. Many of the things I see in other reviews

hi whats your email adress ? i wanted to sent you an booking request
I am truly sorry but I did not keep Luciano Boutique Accomodation's email address. The only thing I can tell you is the contact person at the hotel, if you should decide to call, is "CINZIA". She is the daughter of the owner and I only dealt with her. She arranged ALL my day tours and took care of all my questions. When I arrived at the hotel, everything had been taken care of. I hadf a complete schedule each day of everything I wanted to do. Cinzia left nothing out. Several family members work at the hotel. Everyone was so helpful.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay of one week there. It is a unique p[roperty and I loved it. Chuck Eckerson

Hi do your rooms have full bathrooms? or do you have common bathrooms?
I stayed in room 404 which is on the top floor of the building except for the terrace with great views which occupies the 5th floor. The room was perfectly adequate and had a complete shower with a great shower head. There was a single stel jup into the athroom from the bedroom floor. The rooms are interior rooms so there is no view but I was "out and about" the entire week I stayed there. Great staff- many are family members.I never heard the church bells nor the elevator which was close by. I thought it was the ideal room for the terrific price of under $ 70.00.
