We stayed here on our second to last night of our two week motorbiking trip round Europe. We arrived and discussed parking options which was just outside the back but as it's quiet around there we didn't mind where we parked. The room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. We visited Chateau de Vianden via the cable car...

We arrived to find the place dark and empty with a sign on the door with a number to ring. We were finally greeted and advised that the restaurant below the hotel was closed during our stay and therefore breakfast would not be available. We would have appreciated some warning of this as we would have stayed somewhere else! The...

Auberg de lÓur is beautifully located next to the bridge over the Our in Vianden. We stayed in the comfortable family room, nicely decorated with a nice view on the castle. The Wifi signal in the room was poor, which was annoying for me because I had to check my mail daily and do some basic work. The breakfast buffet...

Reserved via Booking and when I got there they told me that they didn't have a room available and that Booking messed up (which was a lie of course). They sent me to the hotel Victor Hugo located in the other side of the road and I had to pay more for the room, judging for the way they handle...

This tiny little village in the mountains of Luxembourg is a find in itself. We just happened to stumble upon it because the hotels in Luxembourg city were too expensive. We arrived late at night so everything was closed, including the hotel. A quick phone call fixed that and we entered a fairly spacious and comfortable room. The bed was...

Just spend there a couple of days. Tiny Tiny shower en small room. Pillows are quite thin and layout of the room is strange. The room has 3 lamps, but you can just use 2 because there are just 2 power sockets. It's dead center Vianden, but don't worry, you will not hear any church. Just one chair in the...

The view from the indoor restaurant (October) is one of the nicest and our lunch was excellent. What really stood out was the kindness of the owner as we asked if we could come in with our 4 month old puppy and she was more than pleased to have us & him. The restaurant overlooks the historic bridge across the...

Also they have big lobby on each floor with comfortable couch, we liked it a lot and enjoyed our stay. -Ve 1) FOOD – Food inside Hotel restaurant is very...

Nice meal overlooking the river and a view of the chateau. It was early evening and it was very busy, we managed to get a seat ok, but service was a little slow but the food was very nice. The menu had an English section unlike some.

This small hotel is situated in the centre of Vianden next to the river, with stunning views and the with the Castle looking down on us it is truly picturesque. We arrived at the Hotel after having to find somewhere to park as the hotel does not have any parking and you cannot stop on the road outside to unload...
