Parking was easy. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but spotless. TV has at least 100 choices - nice to catch up with the English Rugby season ! There is a restaurant (Italian) but separately-owned. It was fully booked when we were there so it must be good. No problem - short walk through the rain to a... More

This hotel is pretty basic. It is ok although rooms and specially bed sheets could be cleaner. It is quite provincial and the breakfast is quite normal. No way it is a four star at all. There are much better options in Vaduz. If you are ok with a three Star hotel, then it is an option.

The main part of Balzers the town is a few minutes away. This hotel just has a bank opposite (you are in Lichtenstein remember!), a few adjacent houses and then mostly fields. You are really in the countryside and it is peaceful and quiet (except for the constant ringing of cow bells - which only adds to the charm). The owner... More

Driving down to Italy we needed a stop-over and Switzerland seemed obvious. Pricey ... never!!! So we looked at Balzers, not far from Vaduz. Hotel was nice, room ok, breakfast was extra, which seemed a bit tight, but there are no local alternatives. Night in Vaduz was really nice - pleasant surprise all round really.

We arrived right around check in time and room was not ready. We were given room on top floor with no lift access. Room had no a/c! The window in the room had no screen. Lots of outside noise coming from the kitchen. Staff barely spoke English. Without A/C, no hotel deserves a 4 star. Stayed at a real 4... More

We stayed one night here. It took a while to find the hotel, but once we found it, our host was so very pleasant and accommodating. We told him that we had gotten lost, since we exited the wrong bus station. He could tell that we were stressed and tired from lugging our luggage around for 2 km, and he... More

A big thank you to Viktor and the excellent staff for making us welcome. Went out of their way to assist, friendly without being intrusive. It's a small, boutique hotel. Superb evening meal, marvellous buffet breakfast choice, clean, modern, quiet room with a great shower and a supportive bed. Pillows too soft for me: others may find them fine. Trouser... More

Great little hotel in Balzers. We stayed in the family suite with two adults and two children. Ample space. Nice and clean. There was a kitchenette and espresso maker. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Could walk to everything in town including the castle. Would highly recommend.

We stay there for 2 nights with my family recently. Very well located, close to the Thermal spa of Bad ragaz, to the Malbun Ski Resort, to Vaduz, we had a great stay. The staff was very nice with us and we appreciated the large room with 4 beds for all of us, including a small kitchenette. All was extremely... More
