We were staying in Pafos for 12 days and decided to have a night in Limassol to explore the old port and Marina areas one Sat night. The hotel itself is extremely central, great welcome and lovely room , albeit quite small (Superior with balcony). Breakfast served in the onsite cafe , Jam, and again great breakfast . Parking was a bit tricky and ended up in the Marina multi story €20 for the stay (worth it in our view ) . Overall we would definitely stay again

Limassol has been ruthlessly renovated over the recent years, and there is only a little patch of old centre remaining, and that is where many good restaurnats are located, but very few hotel are there anymore. One of the fully modernised but carrying some memories of the nostalgia is this old port hotel. A bit difficult to find and reach by car due to the narrow one way streets (with parking possibilities around 500 meters away), this is a very pleasant welcomeing hotel with compact small rooms but with all facilities and amenities. Friendly accommodating reception staff. Individually served breakfast with huge portions of good food. Keep the old life alive.

I would just like to publicly thank Maria, on guest reception for her help in arranging a bottle of something sparkly to be put in our daughter-in-law’s room, yesterday, as a surprise from us for her birthday (we are in the UK). Maria was exceptionally helpful, very cheerful, as were the bar staff in their recommendations of the ‘fizz’! Thank you Maria. 🌞

Great hotel, well fitted out, great en-suite facilities. Perfect central if you want to explore old Limmasol and the new boardwalk areas. Really helpful, warm staff, Breakfast in Jam was relaxed and nice menu - Yogi Fruit fab. One word of warning - some of the rooms directly opposite and above a large musical restaurant - late night noise during weekends not conducive to sleep.

My family member in Cyprus suggested we stay here in holiday. OMG! What a place! The rooms were very modern and efficient! The beds were super comfortable! Our balcony over looked a medieval castle. The breakfast which was included had so many choices for even picky eaters. Maria the night time reception was a gem! We highly recommend this hotel to travelers

The hotel is well situated in old Limassol. We had meetings at the university and the hotel is ideally situated for that. Als a short walking distance from the old port. Many nice restaurants and bars with terraces in both old Limassol and the old port area. Nice to walk along the coastline, but access to the sea is not easy. You need to walk 15 minutes to the first beach. Rooms are modern, but the environment is noisy although we did not suffer from it. The “jam” restaurant and bar where breakfast is served is very popular. Hence the noise. No buffet for breakfast, but a peculiar concept. Do not expect to have your breakfast in 10 minutes; Be prepared for 25 minutes or more. Our fastest was 25 minutes, but it took up to 35. Although a basket with bread is mentioned on the menu, you will not receive (“oh no, this was last year”). There is no flexibility. You can choose one savoury and one sweet option. You can leave out what you want but not ask to add something from another option (like switching the type of bread). The quality is good, the orange juice natural (but a small glass). As for the room, we were surprised by the fragrances that are permanently sprayed, also in the room. We asked to take it away, also for the noise and frequency of the spraying. This was done immediately.

We’re regular visitors to Limassol, and usually stay a few kilometres from the old town. On our recent trip we booked the Old Port to allow us to explore the area properly. What a gem! The location is fabulous - right in the centre, close to the castle and two minutes walk to the marina. The room was clean, though a little on the small side. We booked a castle view room - not the best view to be honest, but could definitely see part of the castle! Our room had the bathroom door very close to one side of the bed…there are others available with better configurations. We had a complimentary bottle of water each day, free wi-fi and temperamental a/c - it worked but didn’t seem as powerful as other hotels we’ve stayed in. Did the job though. The included breakfast was wonderful. It’s apparent that they take great pride in the food they serve. We also had lunch one day - it was very good. Their attached restaurant “Jam” was very busy throughout the day and evening - popular with locals too. Everyone we met (reception, restaurant and house-keeping) was friendly, but a big thank you to the super helpful Kalia. She spent lots of time answering our questions about the area, the history of the hotel and the different room choices available - even taking the time to show us an alternative room for future reference. Thank you for a lovely stay. See you soon.

We stayed two nights at the Old Port Hotel. Located perfectly in the middle of the old town, everything was within walking distance … historic sites, fab restaurants and bars, walking streets to meander along, and the beautiful promenade. A total win in that regard. Our minimalist room was cosy; however, it was not particularly soundproof and movement in the corridors and adjacent rooms could be heard through very thin walls. This did not make for particularly restful sleep. The a la carte breakfast each morning was well-presented, delicious, and plentiful. The coffees were especially good. COVID precautionary measures were thorough and clear. Our passes were checked upon arrival, in the restaurant, and use of masks was strictly followed. A word of warning: if you’re driving, parking is very hard to find and the hotel does not have any provision on - or near - the property. You may wish to reconsider driving, or be very patient in trying to find somewhere to park nearby. We paid to leave our car in a private lot for 48 hours (€14 - not bad at all, in our opinion); all other free spaces for parking were otherwise full to overflowing.

We stayed at the Old Port Hotel for one night in October. Our room was clean and nice in a minimalistic way. It was absolutely fantastic and spotlessly clean. The hotel was in the middle of the recently renovated and vibrant centre of the old town of Limassol and a stone thrown from the Marina. All the members of staff were kind and friendly. We had an amazing and divinely a la carte breakfast, which was inclusive in the price and we loved everything. Special thanks to Kallia and Anna. We shall definitely stay there again and again!

Booked this hotel before a scheduled cruise on Royal Carribean. Had to cancel as per the hotels site. It wound up they charged me anyway. After disputing this with credit card, they still refused, saying I did not.cancel. BEWARE that you get their agent to send you a cancellation via email. These people are cheats and scam artists. I have a 837 Fido, so I’m not trying to pull something, but it makes you mad.
