Back at the end of August I had the absolute pleasure of staying at 'George's place' for 8 days nights as I was in Paphos for a friends wedding. George and his awesome staff could not have made me more welcome and I would love to visit again. It was a shame that the road outside was being replaced at...

Arriving midnight to get the surprise of my life! All alleyways leading to the hotel ate closed, the hotel has failed to mention it to us! very furious. Other than that it is a three stars hotel, don't expect too much! The manager and the few staff are friendly

If you're looking for five star luxury, you might want to look elsewhere. We were, on the other hand, looking for an atmospheric, friendly and smaller place to stay. We feel in love with Kiniras even from the brochure. It proved everything we looked for, and more. The rooms aren't large, but they're cosy, and the tiny balcony we had...

When checking out, the manager/owner (jokingly or not) said: "I am expecting a good review". By all means this would be one now, had it not been for: 1. the lousiest wi-fi access I have ever experienced 2. the bathroom with the shower doors not sliding and water pressure worse than in the Sahara desert. My compliments to the Serbian...

The hotel is located in the old town area of Paphos, but unfortunately the whole area is under construction with roads fenced off and many surrounding businesses closed. However, this means the area is very quiet at night, so if you are a light sleeper, this can be a good thing. The owner of the hotel is really friendly and...

When I travel on business I always use public transport, not because I have to, but otherwise, when going from hotels to meetings I'm too insulated to experience the city I'm visiting. My husband borrows this theory for travelling: instead of staying at fancy hotel, he tries to find small, family-owned places where locals would stay. It's been hit and...

I spent almost an entire month of June in this terrific little hotel. I couldn't help but feel for George and his staff because they are fighting an uphill battle against the poor planning of their City Council. The hotel itself is perfect for the price but the entire city block around it is under major construction! They have literally...

We arrived at this quaint hotel late at night and were greeted very warmly by the owner, who offered us a bottle of wine and some snacks, free of charge. There is nothing posh or fancy about this hotel but it is warm and welcoming, quiet, clean and tidy. We would definitely come back here again.

We arrived at the 26th of july. After arriving by bus at Kato Paphos station, one of the taxi drivers kindly pointed out that Kiniras is a mere 5 minutes away from the buses. And that's where the surprise started. We were a bit shaken by the renovations Paphos is finishing due to the city being a candidate culture capital...

Wonderful host. Speaks excellent English. Very welcoming. Helpful staff. Good food and wine. Clean and tidy no frills and prices very reasonable. The only snag was that the whole town had been dug up for some celebrations but that wasn't the hoteliers fault.
