I have coeliacs disease and the guys in the hotel have gone to great lengths to make sure that all is ok for me. The room is good, seems like unlimited hot water as well. The rooms are kept clean and tidy which is great. It is a walk to the gondola but as soon as you work out the...

I visited this hotel with my friend for a cheeky last minute ski holiday the first Sunday of March. The staff were very accommodating with my gluten free diet, and always friendly and polite, from the chef, to the maid, reception staff, restaurant staff and the Legend Himself, 'Nello' the restaurant manager! The hotel was a short walk downhill to...

Great value for money, staff all friendly and always willing to help, anyone who says otherwise I struggle to believe. The rooms are basic but have everything you need to stay comfortably. The location is great, a couple hundred yards from the main gondola up to the mountains also not too far from local bars/restaurants. The food in the hotel...

My husband and I stayed here for a week in February to go snowboarding and do not have a bad word to say. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms were clean, tidy and always warm. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was constantly topped up throughout the morning and the evening meals were plentiful and...

First off, anyone leaving a rating of less than 4/5 hasn't stayed in the same place that I have just spent the last week in. What a fabulous little hotel. The location is great, just a few hundred yards from the main gondola and all shops and bars (however, Do get a ski locker at the top. We thought it...

Nice staff and friendly atmosphere. We went with Neilson and would recommend the hotel. The rooms were modern with good beds, excellent central heating and the bath was a dream! It is a 300m walk up the hill from the piste, but after a couple of beers apres ski the walk was a breeze.

My stay in February was the 5th time I have stayed in the hotel and I shall be returning in the summer. The staff are friendly, the food very good and as much as you want, beds are comfortable. I have stayed in 5 other hotels in Arinsal and after discovering Verdu, I will go to no other.

Great hotel. Nothing flash but good value for people just looking for something simple. I would say the restaurant opens at 7pm, which means it get very packed very fast (but we were there in half-term). Very close to the ski lift as well.
