Above ground breakfast buffet, In the evening 3 menus to choose from with salad buffet and generous cheese selection. Homemade wines. The rooms are comfortably designed with minibar, TV and air conditioning. Each with balcony, partly terrace (at the top) with views to the >lake and Hungary. Spacious pool and park with pond. Also serves as a habitation and landing place for storks. So pure nature. Very suitable for cycling tours around and at Lake Neusiedl. We have been spending our summer holidays with the Schmidt family for 14 years and every year we are very satisfied with the amenities that we are able to enjoy during our 16-day stay. When we check in, there is already a second pillow in the bedroom. The family atmosphere, the wonderful ambience, the cuisine (the breakfast selection is phenomenal, but dinner on the terrace also offers guests a wonderful culinary experience). Regional cuisine and delicacies are on the agenda. The outdoor pool, the indoor pool, the fitness room as well as the treatments in the beauty salon and the massages complement the stay wonderfully. The Schmidt couple and their competent and committed team always give us a wonderful break and the feel-good factor is always there.

A feel-good hotel from arrival to departure. The hotel owners are always present, attentive, particularly courteous and friendly. The service is perfect all round. Great breakfast and a particularly good, varied evening menu. Beautiful, quiet rooms with modern bathrooms. Wonderful wellness area, good starting point for cyclists. Although I/we have already spent a few days of pampering in this hotel, I am still a critical guest. And - I can't think of anything negative. The list of amenities offered here would be long - so I'll just mention a few: friendliness, professionalism of the staff, the best cuisine (morning and evening as half board), modern rooms with air conditioning, the garden/lawn and the infinity pool with Grander water that is always at the right temperature! Sauna, saltwater whirlpool. Ideal location for cycling or hiking. I can only recommend "Das-Schmidt" again and again.

Lovley but pricey pit stop for coffee and breakfast buffet. Our own hotel did not serve, it was only place we found open for coffee. Very welcoming and clean and fresh. Breaking buffet looked Lovley so some of us went for it(20 euro each, a bit over priced). Wonderful staff and setting. Anything and everything you could imagine was in the buffet! We have been guests at the "Schmidt" for several years. Even without visiting a festival, the region and especially the Hotel Schmidt are always worth a visit. A private hotel that lives up to its name in every respect. We felt very personally looked after from the very first moment. Very nice and quiet rooms and excellent service. This makes relaxation possible from the first day. The central location is also really advantageous. There is also a large heated pool. All in all, a perfect oasis of well-being.

Beautiful ambience, very well maintained and clean. Food excellent with daily new, imaginative menus, also on a vegetarian basis. Breakfast from savory to sweet, everything available and daily something new on the buffet. Staff very friendly and attentive.
