What we offer: Opened in 1973 and enlarged in several development stages the hotel offers 78 comfortable guest rooms (wheelchair accessible guest room included), a Boardinghouse with 12 long-stay apartments, a modern multi-functional conference room, a little spa area and a cosy hotel bar. Free W-LAN and broadband internet as well as good parking possibilities around the hotel or favourable parking spaces in the garage with a charging station for electric cars available. Stayed July 2 till July 12. What an excellent little hotel but bigger than it looks. Owner and staff like Lisa are accommodating, helpful, kind Special thanks to Fabian who was so good with information for a couple of Canadians who had never been to Austria when we arrived. Fabian’s English is excellent far better than our German. We had the barrier free room and the owner put a chair in shower for my wife to sit on. Breakfast was very good and staff very good at keeping it stocked and cleaning tables. Excellent location for access to A9. We’ll definitely stay again when in Austria

We lived in the Hotel Süd Graz for more than 2 months (March-May 2022). We had a roomy and light apartment studio that included everything that needed a comfortable life. There are free Wi-Fi, modern furniture sets and a kitchen set: stove, microwave oven, kettle and coffee machine, dish set for eating and cooking. We also used the SPA zone, and we enjoyed it so much. The hotel is located in a beautiful place with a few shops and cafes next. In half an hour by bus, it is possible to come to the center of Graz (by car it is faster). In a few minutes by walking from the hotel, there are mountains where you could have small hiking, be around the nature and see the fantastic views of the city. We very much appreciate the care about us from Mr. Hubert G. Pferzinger, Fabian, Anna, the all office team, and all the room cleaning team. Thanks all of you for everything. We wish you only the best.

Had flight cancelled at Graz airport so had to look for a room quick and nearby and chose this place. Room was comfy with good facilities although the room key locking system seemed rather temperamental. Also surprised that there wasn't a 24 hour reception. Breakfast - good selection and all staff were friendly.

Stayed @ Hotel Sud twice now for business both two weeks at time. really comfortable, spacious rooms with everything you may need. Great wellness center and gym facilities. Walking distance to a few good restaurants, otherwise catch a bus into the city center right across the road. Amazing breakfasts and really friendly and accommodating staff.

This is a very modern, clean hotel. It does not have much character but is brilliant for a short stay. Very friendly staff especially a young lady on reception ( who was from romania) but spoke perfect english and was extremely helpful each time we spoke to her. The room has everything you need and is a decent size and comfortable. The breakfast selection was vast and was kept topped up by a couple of very diligent staff. The location is a little out of the centre but actually it is a great location as the bus stops just outside and it is a 20mins ride in the centre which was very pleasant, and it is also quite close to the main motorway but far enough away to not be affected by it. There are eateries around the close vicinity (inc Macs if you need fast food). Limited street parking but there was also an underground hotel car park at a cost. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if in the area.

Excellent location for city visitors, provided you enjoy and accept outstanding public transport. Very good location if you arrive by car and then max 2' walk to busstation, bus arrives every 10-15' and a 60' ticket takes you anywhere in ZONE 101 (GRAZ inner city and around) * outstanding breakfast selection and friendly - German speaking - service * very quiet with everything you need * bathroom and toilette are separate We as couple enjoyed our stay very much.

Third stay since Dec last year. This time a new room which was even better than the last one. Nicely decorated with a lot of wood. What I extremely like: - spacious room - wellness area with infrared cabin and small pool - excellent breakfast with lots of choice and coffee to go - free apples at reception - cleanliness - hill behind the hotel with a 16 th century church on top of it. Ideally for a walk or run - public pool behind the hotel - it is very quiet
