Used this hotel for a couple of nights. Overall it was a good experience. Room was quiet and comfortable and the hotel is a pleasant half mile walk from the city centre. Restaurant was disappointing with a lack of choice and when we were there we were the only people using it

We stayed at the Mercure Salzburg City for one night before our flight and it would be fair to say it is what it is, a reasonably priced, well appointed 4*. It would be also be fair to say as a standard modern building it lacks any real character set in a non-descript district

The hotel is within 1km from train station and around 25 minutes walking to mirabel platz. It is located in a quiet residential area. The room size is good for 2 adult and 1 toddler. Bed comfortable and shower working properly.

We stayed in mercure salzburg city. Its a really nice clean hotel with modern & well equipped rooms. Both hotels are closeby. However, they are a little far from main attractions and old city center which is across the river, i would say a 20 mins walk. Cafes are almost a 10 min walk away from mercure city. Mercure central is right opposite holidayinn and near to a petrol station. Its hardly 5 mins walk from mercure city.
