Hotel Mozart is a beautiful hotel with rooms decorated in true Austrian charm. Impeccably clean, rooms were cozy and warm, with comfortable beds, toiletries, and soft towels. Drinking hot water was available on request. The location of the hotel is fantastic - 5 minutes walk to the Mirabell Gardens and 15 minutes walk to the Old town, the tram stop...

My family and i just visited Salzburg in december and stayed in Hotel Mozart. As we arrived by train from Vienna, so decided on this property as it was relatively near between both the train station and town centre. Easy walks to everywhere. The rooms were spacious enough for the 3 of us. We did not opt for breakfast at...

Fantastic location and a beautiful typically Austrian hotel. Rooms & bathrooms spotlessly clean, minibar and hair drier provided & free safe. Very enjoyable continental buffet breakfast with excellent fresh coffee & as much as you want. All the staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. A special mention for Rene who always made time for...

I stayed here in Salzburg for 2 days last week, one day with a friend and one day on my own in a single room. Everything about the experience was fantastic! I did not get to meet the famed Rene, but everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. It was only a ~12 minute walk from where...

Hotel Mozart is a few minutes' walk from the Mirabell Palace and Gardens, a 12-minute walk from the train station, and about a 15-minute walk from Old Town. It's really convenient to explore Salzburg, and the neighborhood itself is quaint and peaceful. No real complaints about our room. My only gripe is that the free wi-fi was pretty slow. Our...

Stayed 3 nights on holiday. Quiet, clean and comfortable. About 10 mins walk to Mirabelle Square. Spacious rooms, comfy bed, good heating, but bathroom need a little updating. Excellent breakfast buffet, but no lunch or dinner service - but plenty of good restaurants close by. Staff are extremely efficient and friendly. Good value for money.

What a charming hotel and the staff is exceptional, especially Rene. He was so helpful with a wonderful dinner recommendation and reserved a tour for us. A great conversationalist too! The hotel is charming and in a great location. It's in a quiet neighborhood and about a 15 min walk into the old city. Every night at 8:00pm they play...

The hotel is about a 15 minute flat walk into the old city via Mirabella Gardens. The hotel itself is lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff (Rene in particular) are wonderful and offer fantastic advice. Salzburg itself is stunning with lovely architecture and the amazing Fortress overlooking the City is a must. We highly recommend requesting a 5th floor room...

Great place to stay. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Quiet and clean. The front desk was incredibly helpful from the time we arrived and throughout our stay for giving us recommendations in town which was much appreciated for restaurants.

We visited Salzburg again for the Christmas Markets this year and had no hesitation in returning to the Mozart, The staff are superb, the beds comfy, Spotlessly clean and the location is perfect. Would not look anywhere else The Concierge staff are all excellent, nothing is too much trouble and they have some excellent recommendations. We did the Kapuzinerberg walk...
