We booked this hotel late the night before our arrival and still got a competitive price for a hotel in this area. It was a huge attic room with large bed, good pillows, lots of storage space, a desk, good sized TV and an impressively large and modern bathroom. The room was modern and really comfortable, no frills (e.g. no...

WOW. This room was unbelievable for the price we paid!! We had a family room that accommodated two adults and two children. It not only had two very big double beds it also had a HUGE balcony that you could sit out on and close the door to! It was like an entirely separate room for the parents to just...

This hotel is a great value. It has a superb location just steps from Altstadt and congress station. The hotel was initially hard to find, but we had poor directions to begin with. It is almost a straight shot from the train station (15 min walk- easily done even with luggage). The hotel seems newly refurbished, everything is very clean...

Although we were only here for one night we found it very good value for money. Rooms were modern and very tidy. Wifi connection was fast and the staff member we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Great location with an amazing view of the Alps outside our windows. Would definitely stay here again and couldn't recommend it more highly.

The staff were superb, always smiling and very helpful and accomodating. We stayed on the top floor( 4 adults) and the room was excellent with great views. Superb value for money , with all attractions nearby.

Booked via booking.com and stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Pros: - The hotel location is excellent. Few blocks away from the oldtown, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. - Room and hotel settings are smart. They have cut on certain things the do not make a lot of difference for the guests (example doors on wardrobes) but without compromise to the...

You get a lot for a low price!!! A very nice hotel with a very friendly stuff. It is in walking distance to the most important sites. The Markthalle in the back of the hotel offers fresh and good food for a low budget but also the bakery in the building has great food.

The first question that came to my mind when I entered my hotel room was: Innsbruck is a small city, with not much traffic. Why on earth would one want to build a hotel exactly on top of the only major traffic hub the city has to offer? My window oversees a four lane street, a bus and a tram...

The room is well thought: two big beds, spacious modern bathroom with glass wall and doors. We had a view on the mountain and the beatiful colorful buildings in the city. The balcony is covered with big glass window to hamper the noise, and it gives an attractive look. We spent only one night on the way back home from...

Three of us stayed 2 nights at the Basic Hotel. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station, and we were checked into a spacious triple room on the 2nd floor. There was plenty of room for all of us and our luggage, and a lovely balcony with a great view of the...
