This hotel was lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful and we even got a guided tour by the manager Roman. The rooms are very large with some of the most advanced technology I have seen in a hotel, for example electronic opening curtains and speakers in the bathroom from the TV. The bathroom also very large. Beds very comfortable....

Stayed here 2 years ago so had no hesitation in staying 1 night en route to Italy. Pleased to say service is still excellent and the decor unchanged (I love the rooms and the carpeted corridor walls). Excellent value for money for a hotel of this standard and breakfast offers a great a choice. Safes in rooms free of charge,...

The hotel was beautifully warm and welcoming with pleasing little touches - like infused water at the lobby reception for guests as they walk in. Such a lovely little touch that I've missed seeing in the best luxury hotels. The rooms were clean and comfortable, spacious and well kept - perfect for a little stay. The breakfast was sufficient although...

Standard room in this luxury hotel is offered cheap compared to others on the day itself. Picture shown is upgrade which you do not get. You get an old style 1800's room in short kind of a scam. Room clean

The suite we stayed in was large and very comfortable but quite noisy due to its central location directly opposite the main railway and bus station, so also lacked the ambiance of other hotels we stayed in through Europe. The breakfast buffet was probably the highlight of our stay here, with an impressive selection of hot and cold foods on...

We roamed around in Venice for too long and only got to the afternoon Venice to Munich EC with no chance to get to our finaly destination in Germany on time so we decided to check out Innsbruck for a night and a bit. The town is great and offers a pleasant night life. Temperatures had been in the 30s...

We stayed there one night and it was excellent. Especially the service and the responsiveness of the stuff. The reservation manager, Jacqueline, helped me to solve out an Expedia mistake. The room was very clean and spacious and very very quiet although it is very close to the train station and the main street. Expedia also did not told us...

Extremely disappointed. I will certainly not return here. We booked a really nice room on Tripadvisor. We got something that looked like a mountain cabin. Another annoying thing was that I asked the receptionist where we can park the car...and she said we can go to their garage. She didn't mention the fact that the price for 24 hours is...

The hotel is very old the furniture also smells bad. I dont like old type water mixers it too hot or too cold. Something itchy in the room. The surrounding area is creepy although lots of services is available and near. The only two things i liked is the comfortable mattress and the cold a/c. Cleaning is bad they only...
