We decided to go back to this beautiful Hotel in Innsbruck for our annual Ski Holiday. The hotel is great for many reasons, location, excellent food, the spa with a heated pool and the bar. The only problem we found was the lack of information we could get from the reception staff. The girls on reception are really nice but...

We only stayed here for one night and its location is very convenient. We were very close to the main square which is where the Christmas Markets were. We spent little time in the hotel but it was nice to be able to drop things off in the hotel and use it for the bathroom before heading back in. The...

This hotel was almost out of sight with a small street front, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised. Modern rooms with all the amenities. The lobby was inviting and the bar area quite unique. Hidden sliding wood panels to enter the public bathrooms!

Location is central, easy access to sights, buses etc, close to the Old Town and Maria Theresen St, but the hotel always smelled like smoke, the reception was quite unhelpful and the room was badly designed for a family. We were told the ski bus stop was 'behind the hotel' - it is 2 blocks up - we would never...

Hotel is very clean, staff friendly and close to centre of town. Recommend trip up the mountain by cable car, the Olympic ski jump with Cafe with fantastic views. Snow made it special. Jacuzzi sauna 5*

We stayed 4 nights, and we thought that staff was friendly and we felt welcomed. Room was in 3rd floor and was very hot, but we opened the window once in a while, so it was okay! Breakfast was good, not very special but the croissants were really good! Cleaning ladies came everyday (we didn't expect that), so the room...

My 2 sons (age 20 and 24) and I stayed in this hotel. We requested a triple and that normally consists of either a king-size bed and a cot or 2 twins and a cot in a small space. We were pleasantly surprised when we were able to have separate sleeping areas. I slept in the large main part of...

We liked the hotel very much. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We only didn't like that one bedsheet had a little hole and the duvet cover had a stain. Apart from that it was ok. The view from the room was on the street but it was not loud at night. We could hear only bells from...

We experienced an unfriendly receptionist and very rude waiter at breakfast. It's a pity because the hotel itself is lovely with grest spa and hot tub. Would not stay here again due to the staff rudeness. Paying 160 euro per night you would expect helpfulness and courtesy and we experienced neither. Small room size for the high price. Breakfast was...

We stayed at the Grauer Bar with our Trafalgar tour group, so all of our rooms were randomly assigned. Our room seemed to be smaller than our travel friends, but we were only there for a night and it was comfortable. The hotel is easy walking distance to the Old Town area, which is where we spent most of our...
