We are not discerning travellers but this hotel is not up to the standard of similar styled and rated hotels. The customer service and attitude of the staff is poor (reception and maid). Do no expect to be warmly welcomed and assisted with your luggage. Our room was average, was only made up for a single person when we arrived...

We stayed in Sept 2012 and really enjoyed the hotel. It is quaint and has a lot of charm with lots of antiques. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms and bathroom were large with a wonderful view of the alps, especially from the rooftop. It is very convenient and an easy walk to the main pedestrian area....

The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the train station (you might need to visit the Tourist Information desk for directions on how to get there) and my wife was just starting to grumble about dragging her luggage when we got there. However, it is only five minutes walk to the main restaurant and shopping areas. From the...

This hotel is old and quaint. Situated about 20 minutes walk from train station and about 5 minutes to old city. Rooms reasonable size, TV, small fridge, large double bed, soft, spongy, safe, air conditioned, chairs, decorated in an old quirky style. Our room was quiet but couldn't stop light in room from outside our window. Our room faced the rear of hotel...

This hotel is enough off the beaten track - but not too much - to make it a smart choice if you want to visit the historic area but want to save a little money and don't want to be in the middle of the chaos. There is a bar across the street that can be a little noisy late...

A beautiful City-Hotel in a very old building, beautifully renovated. Very nice stuff, good service, super tasty and fresh breakfast! Unluckily pretty noisy, but that you can hardly avoid in the center of a city. Just 1 minute away from the beautiful center of the old town. So just drop your car in the garage and do everything by foot.

Good location, but on a very noisy corner of the old town, thus please avoid a room to the street! Only problem: Then you will get one with view into the inner court, this will be calm, but a bit depressing...;view on staircases, balconies, garages, fences...not charming. The room was decorated in style of an old farmers house, nice, but...

This hotel had a very large room, large bathroom and AC! Woo hoo! Parking was across the street and the charge is 12 euro (I think) per day. The front desk was very helpful. She even gave us directions on where to park in the garage so we would come out the closest door to the hotel. The breakfast was...

Stayed back in 2004. Best thing was the location. The view was also nice but what view isn't in a valley in the Alps? Breakfast option pretty expensive...skip it. Limo service from the airport was hilarious bc it was an old, beat up p.o.s. limo. Might have been the first one ever. But whatever.
