Excellent choice. Prior to arrival, I corresponded with Marina and Veronika and they promptly replied to all my inquiries. A note: Without fail, approximately one month prior to traveling to Europe, I send an email to the hotel confirming one final time that our reservation is scheduled. In every case since 2005, and traveling to Europe annually, I have never...

The hotel has a long history and plenty of character. It is located in the heart of the old town, seconds away from the City Tower and Golden Roof, as well as the shops on Maria-Theresien-Straße. I was on my own and stayed in a tiny single room, which was fine for one night. The room itself was a little...

We stayed 3 nights here in January 2017 for a visit to Innsbruck to see the city and to do some skiing. The Rick Steves recommendation helped us find it and gave some interesting history of the property, from the Middle Ages through Second World War. The location is central to the Altstadt and several of the sights within it,...

The hotel building is old, possibly dating from the 15th century as an inn. Apparently Mozart stayed there at one time as well as other famous guests. I don't think he would have been in our room though. Barely enough space for a queen bed. I had to put my suitcase in a cupboard with my wife's case using all...

Stayed here last night. Stayed in room 501 a single room with a private shower room this room looks out over the traffic free area which can get a bit noisey but that just adds to the experience. On check in the lady was so nice.breakfast was very large. Would I come again the answer is a big yes

We were only in Innsbruck for an overnight so we chose this older part of town and this hotel to spend our night. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms just right, tea available any time, and a great breakfast in the morning.

My husband and I stayed at the Weisses Kreuz for one night in January 2017. The hotel is well located in Innsbruck's old town and is around a 15 minute walk from the Innsbruck HBF train station. The property is full of history having been established in 1465 and the in room compendium gave a brief but interesting history of...

Very nice hotel with long history and atmosphere in the center of old Innsbruck. Many sights, restaurants and cafes just around the block. Parking was available at a garage a couple of minutes away. Our room was efficient and warm even in cold weather, and when you add the ample breakfast, we had a thoroughly enjoyable trip to Innsbuck.

This is the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in. I fell in love with the exterior years ago and have now stayed there twice. This very old building, an inn since the 15th century, has been very sensitively adapted to the 21st century with plumbing and a lift. The interior decoration is exquisite and antique furniture is used to...

We stayed here for 3 nights in a room on the 4th floor. The room was compact, but extremely clean. The bathroom was tiny - but had a good shower! (Essential). The hotel was lovely, old & full of character. The breakfast was plentiful and it is spread through 3 different rooms. The hotel is in a prime location for...
