The first positive impression was coming from the staff - the guy on the front desk was amazing, buoying with enthusiasm and very helpful. For example, there was no problem at all with getting a hair dryer for the entire period of stay without any additional fees. The room itself was furnished very simply, with no TV or fridge. There... The place is not perfect but it is quite good. The break-fast was good and the people there were nice. The rooms were large and overall comparatively the prizes were affordable. We were happy with the stay.

we spent 2 nights in this hotel. it's an historical building with its pros and cons i.e.great location but the infrastructures are far from being modern. There is no lift and the staircase is very steep - not ideal for disabled or simply if you have to carry a heavy suitcase. My room was on the second floor facing the... More

Room was really small and the toilet was on the hall, but price was cheap too. Location is perfect and breakfast very nice. Service is brilliant, all the personnel speak fluent English and are very friendly and willing to help you

Shame there isn't a zero rating! Giving this dump a 1 star is greatly overrating it! On arriving the old man at the front desk ignored us and muttered something in German whilst he finished something on the computer. So we checked in & that's where the myriad of issues with this so called "hotel" begins! 1. Forget the pretty... More

Booked this hotel last minute. Did a booking of a double bed with tv. Payed 86€. Went in, it looked like a ghost house, smelled like an ashtray. The pool table was in the smoking room...good especially if you travel with kids. No elevator so after you actually drag your bags up true the stairs you get in to the... More

If you want a great location this is it. The room was clean but shoe box size. For 86 euros I thought it too expensive, the manager was friendly the breakfast basic and okay, coffee awful. Wi fi didn't work in our room but on landing was fast. The Nepalese restaurant around corner was excellent

Pros: Amazing location right on the Inn river and in the heart of the old city center; walking distance to good restaurants, bars, café, tourist attractions. Staff was really nice and helpful as well e.g. with providing overnight storage for my bike. Breakfast options were also pretty ok. And the price for the location is probably unbeatable. Cons: The room... More

After reading the reviews, my boyfriend and I did not have high expectations but we thought we will be there for only one night, the price was good so we decided to stay. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable. Despite the fact that the bathroom and toilet were shared, they were very clean... More

This hotel is really OLD infrastructure (probably 16th century), you need to search for the entrance which is a small door on the left side of the busy road. No lift as it can't be installed, shared toilets and bath rooms for each floor. Very noisy and rooms are with very basic amenities. Wouldn't have reserved if I knew it... More
