Our family and another family stayed 1 night on our way to Italy. It was very clean, staff was great. Brunch which was included was delicious. We are a family of 4 with a small dog and even though the room was a little small it was very pleasant. The hotel is right in he middle of the alps and...

We stayed at Hotel Altpradl for two nights with our two children. It is in easy walking distance of the railway station and a major shopping centre where we ate dinner both nights. Our family room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The room was comfortably warm and it was nice to have a window that opened for some...

This is by far, one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in! The hotel is dated, drab and in need of a complete refurb and that includes the staff!! All of the hotel staff are extremely young, rude, ignorant and unhelpful. Austrian hospitality was non-existent along with the non-existent bar which they advertise as 24 hours'! It wasn't...

I like to review based on value for money and expectations. For what you pay this hotel is absolutely fine. Hotel was clean, staff were polite and helpful. Everything was rather standard but it all worked. If you aren't bothered about luxury then this is ideal. Location is good for silpark shopping mall and the central bus station. Not a...

I stayed for 2 nights. After getting used to the creaking floorboards and the slow hot water ( I must admit though, it did start to come on hot and strong so it was well worth it!!) it was a good place to stay. An easy 10 minute walk to the Bus and train stations with a further 5 to...

Two great days in Innsbrück on this hotel. The way to city center was short. The room was big and spacious and breakfast was included and good. The interior looks a bit old, but it's cosy and gives you a feeling of being at a cottage. Parking at the back and OK price.

Stayed for two nights. Good location away from the relative bustle of the centre but you can walk to it in 10-15 minutes. Most of the staff were helpful and pleasant; decent breakfast was included in the room rate. The lift was rather out of date. The room was very large with plenty of space, even if the layout was...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for one night. The position is good, not far from the city center and is clean. It has a private parking for free (second reason why we chose it after it's position) so if you have a car I really recommend it. We had a nice breakfast in the morning. The room...

If you want to stay in a cosy warm place in Innsbruck...this is a good choice. It might be a lil difficult to find this place without gps. Its a small property but its a true essence of Innsbruck. Most of the rooms have a great view of the alps. Highly recommended for families and couples for a nice leisure...

I stopped in Innsbruck during a week of Alpine driving and booked Altpradl for the parking and the fact it was a short walk from the centre. Both of those are true, there was plenty of parking and it was a short and quite pleasant walk through a park to the city. Breakfast was OK (only OK) and wifi a...
