First the parking, don't use the one shown in the photo at the front of the hotel. Use their own about one hundred meters south behind a neighbouring building bang next to the railway tracks. You will pass it (on the right) when approaching from the South. Hotel is good quality, good breakfast, has air con, private parking, reasonable buffet...

This hotel is in a great location of you are travelling in by train. Even has a short pedestrian subway connecting it to the station directly. A short walk to the city centre and even though it seems far a nice walk to Ambras castle (40mins). The breakfast is good for this type of hotel and has a good bar....

The hotel has a great location, close to the old town and joined onto the station by an underground subway. However, the hotel was supposed to be 100% non-smoking and yet the room smelt smokey which was disappointing. The free wi-fi is very poor but I think there was a faster paying option. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose...

It was one of the worst nights we've had at any hotel due to one specific incident. Let's start with the good. The location is excellent if you are arriving by train. The hotel itself has underground passage directly to the main train station. It also means there are lots of buses available, but most sights are within comfortable walking...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn...

usual good efficiency cleanliness and helpfulness from staff and facility. Finding the hotel always a challenge without an Iphone or similar. Finding car parking entrance interesting! Next to bus station in very centre of town, but remarkably quiet. Would use again.

This was a perfectly satisfactory budget hotel (although the price per day was the highest of five hotels we stayed in on this trip). It is very modern and clean and has good A/C (which was important since Innsbruck was hot while we were there). The room was small by American standards (maybe medium by European) but functional. Despite being...

As most of the folks have stated before, this one rules the roost when it comes to location. Bang next to the train and bus station it has excellent connectivity to all the key points in the city. Specially for extremely jet-lagged passengers like us, the mere 50 metres walk from the train station was indeed a blessing and enabled...

We needed a hotel in the centre of Innsbruck close to public transport links to the airport as we had a very early morning flight; the Ibis turned out to be an ideal choice. There is an all night taxi rank just outside and the stop for the airport bus about 50m away. We were allocated a twin room on...

Stayed one night while traveling through Innsbruck to Munich. The hotel is recently renovated and attached to Innsbruck HBF and around the corner from the FlixBus stop. No issues with the room. Check-in/check-out was fast and had no surprises. Great transfer hotel.

This hotel is superbly situated for train travellers, like us, with the lift to reception accessed directly from the subway under the tracks. At the same time, it wasn't too far to walk into the city centre. Our room was lovely - smartly presented and well laid out. We particularly appreciated the neat box on a flexible lead with all...
