Apartment Decent

As far as the Accommodation goes it was clean.... close to a train station.... When we got there only one bed was made and shower in the bathroom was broken ... so I had to call and ask for bedding and to advise shower was broken ... it was the bracket that was broken so we could still shower... I contacted them via WhatsApp and they responded very quickly... I was given bedding but had to make the bed myself (I dont mind) and was advise no one could fix shower as it was weekend etc... this did not bother me so we stayed the first night... when we woke in the morning the boiler had been dripping through the night so I called to advise them of this... they said again that no one could come out etc unless it was an emergency and it would be expensive etc.... again I told them this wasnt a problem as it wasnt a big issue but they need to get it looked at as soon as they can... we left the apartment and went home... 2 days later my card was charged.... when i sent a message on the WhatsApp asking why this happened no one responded so i kept sending messages as the Accommodation had been prepaid.... Eventually some rude person responded asking me why am I messaging so early in the morning is this a joke... much to my annoyance as money being deducted from my account is no joke I told them they were rude and I had every right to question why my card was being used without my authority.... this person was even more abusive and eventually I told them that if my money was not returned I will be contacting the fraud department of my bank... they then said it was a security deposit in case of any damage and they will refund it in the next 10 days... It is now the 1st of March and I still have not received refund.... I have contacted the bank is now dealing with this issue.... if you can find somewhere else please do so as these people have no concept of customer service and due diligence...…
