I have stayed at Andaz Vienna many times previously and have always been impressed with the property, the staff and the rooms. It is a modern place with a warm but up-to-date atmosphere. I checked in this time for a long weekend, expecting another pleasant but uneventful stay, and ended up being at the hotel for thirteen days due to a Coronavirus infection. For the ten days of official quarantine I did not leave my room at all. This might sound like a nightmare experience for many, but not when you are stranded at Andaz Vienna. As a regular guest, they had upgraded me to a beautiful 70qm suite with a park view. The larger room was certainly advantage given how much time I had to spend in it. What really made the quarantine stay bearable, and often pleasant, was the response of the staff. They had an entire system in place so that I stayed as comfortable as possible while being isolated. They responded to every request of mine cheerfully and efficiently, from providing cleaning supplies, grocery deliveries, fresh towels and amenities, to helping me get tested so that I could eventually come home. Everything was done contactless to protect others and so that I did not feel I was putting anyone at risk. Whenever I called for something, the first question was not "may I help you," but "how are you feeling?" Little things like this make a big difference. When I finally checked out, it was as if the staff considered me a family member who had come to stay and was now leaving. The funcionality, decor, appointments, lighting and fixtures of my suite were all functional and elegant, and the quality of the room service food excellent. Andaz Vienna is also extremely convenient to the main train station, public transport and is a stone's through from Belvedere Palace and its beautiful garden. This hotel is an excellent choice if you arrive by train or even by plane. Walking distance from main train station, beautiful new hotel with stylish rooms - very special experience, not the usual type of hotel room that makes you want to leave as soon as possible. This is more like a home than a hotel! Great museums nearby - including Belvedere with Klimt paintings. Excellent breakfast as well - not too be missed!

Andaz, Vienna is a nice and clean hotel. Staff is attentive to your requests.hotel is close to the Manin station. Station has many eating and shopping options. Hotel has only 1 restaurant, which also closes around 10:30 pm. There is a must visit roof top bar (Aurora) but that also serves snacks only till 11:00 p m. Thereafter, in-room dining is the only option. Hotel is not in Centre of the city but a short distance by subway or Taxi/Uber.

A modern hotel surrounded at the rear by blocks of apartments. Never the less there is plenty to see near by, and the City Center is not too far away. The breakfast was as good as you will find anywhere, as were all of the staff without exception. The hotel is opposite a park with plenty for the children to do , if they are with you.

Our room was spacious, well equipped, and with a good view. Lovely customized slippers are provided, coffee/tea making facilities, and a complimentary mini bar with water and snacks. The staff were delightful, especially the girls at reception: smiley, very helpful, and ready to crack a joke. The hotel right across from the Belvedere and there is a tram that takes you to the city centre in minutes. Also very convenient if you arrive by train (we walked from the main train station). The only issue we had is that the toilet and bathroom are two separate rooms, which may work well and allow two people in a room to use the two facilities at the same time. Shame there is one single door that you can slide to close either one facility or the other so either the toilet or the shower room will always be open. Not the best of designs, in my opinion. Also, the restaurant should have more vegetarian options (the only meat-free option was a starter) but the overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel.…

This hotel is much better than any in the Vienna city centre. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, sumptous and tasty breakfast. When in Vienna I always stay there. Nothing better could be found. Highly recommended.

Steam room, sauna, and gym were very welcome. Rooms are very nicely decorated and modern but on the small side (not a a big deal). Rooftop bar is beautiful but service was slow. Recommend making a reservation instead of walking in.

Choosing this hotel made our stay in Vienna simply amazing! A nice walk away from the city center situated around modern business and residential buildings with nice variety of places to grab a bite. The hotel itself is beautiful and cosy! The rooms are extremely clean and spacious; loved the decor and especially, as a book lover, fell inlove with the reading chair next to the window! The hotel provides quality amentities, as well! The hotel gym was well equiped and airy! The lobby was not only a great place to sit and browse through the amazing books provided there, but also to have a nice cup of coffee or tea from the great hotel selection!
