Sagen wirs so: wenn man nur eine Bleibe sucht mit einem Bett, Bad, Kochgelegenheit und ggfs noch eine nahegelegene öffentliche Verbindung (Linie 44 zum Schottenplatz) in die Stadtmitte Wien dann wird das erfüllt. Wenn es einen aber stört, dass die Zimmer seit Jahren nicht mehr runderneuert wurden dann kann ich dieses Appartement nicht empfehlen. Wasserflecken an den Decken, auf den Böden und Tischlampen, Risse in der Duschwanne und Ledersitzen, Zigarettenqualm welches durch die geschlossenen Tür zieht...im Großen und Ganzen einfach ungemütlich und ecklig. Die Kochecke hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen - da würde ich noch nicht einmal ein Ei kochen. Es war billig - jetzt wissen wir warum. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, wenn es einem nichts ausmacht in einer weniger feinen Gegend zu übernachten. Empfehlung an die Betreiber: nehmen Sie Geld in die Hand und renovieren Sie!…
