We stayed in Fleming's hotel for 3 nights while visiting Vienna in December which is prime Christmas market season. The hotel is perfectly located for the biggest market by the Rathaus (town hall) - it's less than a 5 minute walk away. There's loads of...More
Located 300 meters behind the Rathaus, in a lovely neighborhood of Vienna full of coffee shops and restaurants, this hotel offers very well equipped and clean rooms, a nice but small gym and a good breakfast. A strong WiFi and a good bar in combination...More
Excellent location, nice room, very good evening meal. Breakfast on Sunday was a bit chaotic, no table available at 9.30 so had to come back at 10.00. It says wait to be seated but most people just wander in
Couldn't have wished for a better hotel for the Christmas Markets. This hotel is easy to get to, we got the bus for 8 euros each from the airport, Bus Stand 7 which has a ticket machine in English, easy to use and ours was...More

The eighth district is an older generation’s Vienna at its finest: and this is what makes it popular with locals of all ages. Josefstadt has theatre, small independent shops, romantic passageways, neighbourhood cafés with regular clientele, church squares, town palaces and shady communal gardens. Trendy hangouts have conquered distinctive places such as the Old General Hospital (Altes AKH) and the vaults of
overground U6. Theater in der Josefstadt on Josefstädter Strasse is the district’s cultural epicentre. Even if your German isn’t good enough to watch a play, you can marvel at the typical Biedermeier building and take a glimpse into the foyer. Lange Gasse houses an iconic local restaurant at its corner, as well as a legendary sweet shop and a bustling neighbourhood market every Saturday. For small palace atmosphere and a different view on Vienna’s history, make your way to Schönborn garden palace (Palais Schönborn), which houses the Museum of Folk and Folk Art (Volkskundemuseum). Maria-Treu-Platz, with its summer outdoor cafés facing baroque church Maria Treu, and the historic passageway of Lerchenfelder Strasse 13 hide top spots for insiders.

Hi, just to answer your question. All the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities EXCEPT the superior rooms. We spent a short break here last month and were given a superior room, which didn't have tea & coffee. However, on their website, it shows that all rooms except superior rooms have them. Hope this helps. Have a great time.
