We just came back from a fabulous trip celebrating our anniversary. We began at this hotel: Incredible staff, accommodating, the best Great full breakfast, our own coffee pots, great European breakfast Location, Location, Location!!! Clean but beware, the bathroom barely fits one person, no joke..... Hotel rooms need to be updated.

The location of the hotel was ideal. Walking distance to all the sights. Rooms were clean but small, only complaint was the bathroom was very small and tight to move around. Breakfast was included in the price of the room. Staff was very helpful always answered any questions we has.

This hotel was top notch, from the great service at the front desk and the breakfast room through to the comfortable rooms, very good wifi and excellent location. It has a small but usable elevator, so being on the 5th floor was not an issue. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here - which doesn't happen often for us...

This is a comfortable but small place with friendly staff that make you feel at home. Vienna in summer can be expensive but this hotel is relatively modest in price. Breakfast is included, was generous and tasty. On a hot week in Vienna, the lack of A/C was a negative. The room was small and the bathroom was tight but...

We booked a stay in this small family hotel for my parents in law who came to visit from Australia. Just before arriving my mother in law lost her mother and they had to reschedule their trip to Europe. So we tried to reschedule our booking with them. We were very disappointed that this wasn't possible. Of course we understand...

We chose this small hotel for its location in the city centre, within walking distance from the main sights and next to the the busy, lively pedestrian Karntnerstrasse that leads to Stephansdom and is full of cafes. It came as a nice surprise that the hotel was located in a historical building (in fact, we've seen some tour guides stopping...

This is a very pretty place in a great position. It's a two minute walk to the opera house so it's great if you're planning an evening there. Major museums, galleries, trams and metro are all an easy walking distance. The rooms are small and the bathrooms tiny. They are a bit tired but very clean. There's no air conditioning, no...

The husband and wife who own this hotel, could not have been nicer, more friendly, or MORE accommodating! Yes, the rooms are small, and the bathrooms smaller, but everything was clean, and seriously, WHO goes to Vienna to hang out in their room? The free included breakfast is sumptuous, to say the very least! Every evening upon our return from...

We were looking for a nice clean 3 star hotel near the metro for a one night stay in Vienna. This was an excellent choice. The rooms are small. The bathrooms were very small. There was 24 hour security at the front desk. They gave good neighborhood recommendations. The hotel is one block off a major shopping street so lots...

A great location close to the Opera and other major attractions in Vienna. Nice clean rooms and very helpful staff. Some street noise for rooms fronting the street, but not bad since it is in the pedestrian area (at the end of street access). They provided earplugs if you need them. Breakfast was good.

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
