We stayed at Pension Suzanne for 10 nights and highly recommend it for a stay in Vienna. It is in the city center, yet still quiet and we were able to sleep well. Pension Suzanne is a wonderful place to stay in Vienna. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the city, short walk in distance from all the great museums and shopping areas. Take note that this is not a modern style hotel but more like a B&B. The design is a bit old, the floors squeak a bit etc. However, the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great. Rich and tasty, it really made for a great way to start the day.

The hotel is in the center of the city. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is also very good. It is located next to the Vienna State Opera. I highly recommend it. I would gladly go again.

Pension Suzanne is a great location for hotel. It’s near Karlsplatz train station and a great shop street. Nice and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly too. Rooms were lovely. Would definitely return. And Would recommend!!

European style boutique hotel with all the conveniences. This is a good location for the tourist. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is also very good and there's a friendly feeling to the breakfast room. Next to good transport, the beautiful opera house, and the Big Bus tour, if you want to get off your feet...)

I have stayed at the Suzanne 5 times now and it never fails to impress the people in my group. A very special place with great staff and very nice owners, Herr and Frau Strafinger. Staying with local people is the way to go and no hotel in the city offers a better location than the Suzanne. You go out the front door and the Opera is a minute away if you stroll. Kaerntner Strasse is at your calling and most of the city center's attractions are minutes away by foot. Breakfast is great and the breakfast staff led by Maria is wonderful.

Location in the city center, many restaurants and shops nearby, opera house and metro station a block away. Walking to many locations, including square, parliament buildings, state library, parks. The room we had was quite large, almost an apartment with a separate bathroom with double sinks, separate shower room and toilet room. Very spacious with wardrobe, dresser and hot water pot in room. The second room we had for the kids was two twin beds, a little smaller, but still comfortable. Very comfortable bedding. The description said no A/C, however, they did have a portable A/C unit set up which worked great. Even with the rain it was needed because of the humidity. Friendly staff, breakfast included. Breakfast was mostly fruit, baked goods, and cold cuts and cheeses. Coffee and tea and juices were included.…

Very nice boutique hotel with an excellent location near the Vienna Opera house. The rooms are a bit quirky in layout but overall lovely and very clean. The staff is exception. The Vienna-style breakfast is wonderful - a grand dining room setup with lots of breads, fruits, meat, cheeses and great coffee. I would recommend to anyone looking for a more charming, local hotel experience.

As mentioned with other reviews ,this pension is well situated right in the centre . The room was very comfortable ,clean and spacious , it was situated at the rear and was very quiet . Above all the staff were lovely ,so friendly and helpful , they make this hotel a great find . We will certainly return .
