It was a very interesting tour with audio guide that made it highly informative. The rooms were also well furnished to help picture the scene. Linked with the Sisi Museum this was another must see in Vienna. Also a great way to see around the Hofberg palace.

This apartment is located within a short (15 minute) walk of central Vienna. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the location and the helpful owner. In the past, I have always used hotels in Vienna but the self-contained and private nature of the Kaiser Apartments has convinced me that this is a much more practical answer! I would unreservedly reccomend... More

The apartment is perfectly located for tourists, 5 minute walk to subway, 15 minutes from the historic center of Vienna and in one subway station from District Heating Plant Spittelau by Hundertwasser. We got the apartment "Bona" - a beautiful bright, clean apartment with windows facing the street. The street is very quiet and so in the mornings noise didn't... More

Make sure that you stay here when you're in Vienna. Although the road right outside the apartment building was a bit dark, but always remind yourself that you are in Vienna which I can gladly say to be one of the safest cities I've ever been to. The door leading to the hallway (the second door) can be quite tricky... More

Staying in Serviten Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
Serviten Quarter
The Serviten Quarter is an inner city neighbourhood with many private charms. Popular with French and American expats, Sigmund Freud’s neighbourhood boasts his former practice and apartments, now turned into a museum. Stunning Liechtenstein Garden Palace houses the private art collection of Prince Adam of Liechtenstein. Romantic Strudlhofstiege close to the palace is a fantastic photo spot. With their small independent shops and eateries, the main streets of Liechtensteinstrasse, Porzellangasse and Servitengasse reveal much of this area’s character. Peek into baroque Serviten Church, with its richly decorated dome and walls. At the Old Jewish cemetery in Seegasse you can see one of the most precious cemeteries in Europe with tombstones almost 500 years old.
