Stayed here in Aug 12 but only new to Trip Advisor to review. This is a cracking hotel in the centre of Vienna. Rooms are lovely and clean with great big beds and shower areas;. Went out to FRANKS for dinner. Gorgeous city. Will be back

This hotel was central to everything in Vienna. Clean and comfortable rooms. My family and I were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning worked well. Great breakfast buffet. Would stay there again, anytime!!!

Our first contact with the front desk was disappointing. The young lady who checked us in was not exactly rude, but definitely patronizing. The room we were assigned was actually very large and situated on a corner, but the furnishings were well-worn. My husband actually cleaned the room for about 15 minutes before he was satisfied. After the first day,...

We've chosen this hotel for transit in the Wien for one night. It was the perfect solution. We did not lose a single minute of our precious time. Everything was very close: the main historic landmarks, shopping street with boutiques and brand shops, a lot of well-known restaurants that should definitely visit.

Stayed here for 3 nights in May. Have stayed here before and returned because of it's location. Upgraded to executive room (1405) which was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent shower with good hot water and strong water pressure. Wall safe, bar fridge and writing desk. The only disappointment was the executive coffee and light refreshment room, it was poorly serviced...

We have selected this hotel for position in the Innere Stadt of Wien and it was perfect. The hotel is really a good point to visit the centre of Vienna, is just 3 minutes walking form the main Cathedral, it’s very close to the main shopping street (very expensive indeed; to find a normal shopping center we went to a...

We, and another couple, recently stayed at this hotel for three nights in Vienna, Austria. The location of the hotel is superb with quick access to the metro and the historic venues of Vienna. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes are all within steps of the hotel - with so much available outside the hotel we did not drink or dine...

The location of this hotel is the best thing about it. It goes downhill from there. The rooms are clean but the mattresses so old that you feel the springs digging in to your back. The bath was half size, fine for young kids but no good for adults. No tea making facilities in the rooms. The breakfast was nice...

Excellent hotel!!! We couldn't ask for a better location, it is in the city centre and close to everything: shops, restaurants, attractions etc.... The staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and well maintained and the food is very nice too. The hotel bar is also good, with great service. All in all - highly recommended.

the location is everything!! Hotel rooms are clean and OK in size. we upgraded so we can have the business lounge which was NOT worth it. The breakfast is expensive and you can get a nice breakfast across the street for half the price. Staff does not know how to give good advice about food and stuff to do.....so do...

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
