We stayed in Hilton Plaza for a weekend while visiting Christmas markets in Vienna. It was a great experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the front desk was very professional and made our experience even better! The hotel itself has beautiful interior and it's located just outside the metro station which was very convenient. I highly recommend this...

We were greeted by a nice lady after already checking in using HHonors app. I had already booked for an executive floor and hoped for an upgrade to a suite but that didn't happen. Our room was spacious and looked renovated. Great shower, big and comfortable. The hotel staff left us some snacks as a welcome gift. Executive lounge staff...

Very good location, nice room, good size, lots of English channels, good service. One of the best lounges we have been to.....good selection at breakfast, drinks and snacks all day. Dinner is always 3 hot dishes and a mini salad bar along with small sandwiches, chips, nuts and desserts, beer, spirits, champagne and wine. Only issues are: Cooling system in...

Hotel is beautiful and convientently located but hotel front end service is not impressive. The Executive lounge is one of the largest we've seen and staff there is very helpful and hard working. Would recommend this hotel to others but manager needs to step up and get the rest of the hotel on sane level as the lounge staff

The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The hotel has been recently renovated, they did a beautiful job, very contemporary. Rooms were very quiet and good sized, particularly for a European hotel. The room doors have safety bars and the neighborhood is good so felt very safe the entire time. Can't say enough nice things about the staff, everyone...

We were checked in swiftly by Hannah who was very professional and told us everything we needed to know. We stayed for four nights on the Penthouse Floor in a suite. It was on the highest level of the hotel with views over the rooftops of Vienna. The lounge room was more than adequate and the bedroom was very large....

A pleasant Hilton with a nice bar area and great breakfast. Very clean and tidy and well located to visit anywhere central in Vienna by foot or indeed tram and bus which stop close by. Staff are very polite and service in general was ok. My only complaint was that my bedroom was very warm and the AC just couldn’t...

Everything here was great; beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms and great location. The best feature however was the amazing service, my wife and I could not have been more impressed. From the great information we received when we checked in to the great service in the executive lounge. Thank you everyone!

It's a little out of the centre, and it's not flashy, but this is an excellent hotel. It is conveniently located for just about everything, provided you don't mind a few minutes walk and it is only a few yards from the underground or the trams. We were here for a family celebration and had 2 rooms, both of which...

Just finished a 4 night stay. Have no complaints at all. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is beautiful and clean, with excellent modern decor. The concierge Gabor was especially helpful. Via email, he arranged for fantastic seats for us, 9 months in advance for the Lipizzaner Horse show and Vienna Boys Choir Mass. He also provided us with...

Staying in Serviten Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
Serviten Quarter
The Serviten Quarter is an inner city neighbourhood with many private charms. Popular with French and American expats, Sigmund Freud’s neighbourhood boasts his former practice and apartments, now turned into a museum. Stunning Liechtenstein Garden Palace houses the private art collection of Prince Adam of Liechtenstein. Romantic Strudlhofstiege close to the palace is a fantastic photo spot. With their small independent shops and eateries, the main streets of Liechtensteinstrasse, Porzellangasse and Servitengasse reveal much of this area’s character. Peek into baroque Serviten Church, with its richly decorated dome and walls. At the Old Jewish cemetery in Seegasse you can see one of the most precious cemeteries in Europe with tombstones almost 500 years old.
