The "Kaiserhof" is situated in very close proximity to Vienna's bus, tram and underground network. The hotel rooms are well appointed, our room was exceptionally quiet and the room service is very attentive. The breakfast is a celebration of excellent cut's of traditional cold meats, fruits, cheeses as well as a warm buffet with an abundance of exquisite local breads...

We choosed Kaiserhof because its location and the good opinions in Tripadvisor. And it works! Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the buffet for breakfast is generous and good. The front desk people are very attentive, professional and nice. They make us feel at home. Highly recommend for getting to the Opera and Musikverein just walking 5 minutes.

The property is about 5 - 8 mins walk from Karlsplatz metro station but overall about 10 - 15 mins walk to the Opera and then onwards to other tourist spots. The hotel is in a quiet location but there aren't many great options for traditional Viennese food for a quick bite nearby so best to grab a meal in...

We booked based on other TripAdvisor reviews and were SO impressed. At true old world hotel, well located and welcoming. Great food and incredible service. Our business class room was large, quiet and very well equipt. Loved every minute of our stay and will definitely rebook when we return to Vienna.

We went to Vienna for a weekend trip to visit Klimt in Belvedere Palace and Caravaggio in Kunsthistorisches Museum. We also wanted to walk around to nearby historical sites. Public transportation ie. metro is nearby the hotel at Karlsplatz should one want to avail of it.The Christmas markets were open; the largest being at the Rathaus. Luckily the weather was...

The hotel is located ideally in the city center, very close to Karlsplatz. You would expect parking to be an issue, but the hotel has reserved 15 spots in a nearby parking garage, and the piccolo will park your car there. If you wish to use your car again, just ring up the reception desk, and the piccolo will bring...

The room was a little dated, and not in a good way. I expected more from this hotel and was a little disappointed in what I got. The room was dusty and smallish and the bathroom was tiny. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was great. From the check in experience, the concierge was quite rude and threw pamphlets...

Very nice clean rooms. The bar area is very comfortable with good service. The breakfast buffet was excellent quality with a good variety of food. Out of all the European capitals this was our first visit to Vienna. The Best Western Kaiserhof was a wonderful hotel, perfect for our needs.
