No time wasted at check-in and check-out and I was really heartfully welcomed. Nice room, good wifi, all amenities needed. Great breakfast selection for all tastes and diets. Library with choise of books and newspapers in different languages. The only possible downside was a tricky way to switch-in a TVset.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 17 March 2017

We stayed here for three nights in Vienna and I believe we must have had an upgraded room as it looked like a palace bedroom! Some reviews say "outdated" but I have to disagree - the hotel is in a beautiful, romantic building with marble and damask decor, crystal chandeliers, and other accents that make you really feel like you...

We had a really lovely stay at the Kaiserhof! Our "romantic" room was beautifully decorated with lush draperies and Biedermeier furniture - but also quite modern with motorized blinds controlled from wall switches, and plenty of outlets (two by each bedside table and lots more on the desk!). Crisp white duvet cover and good feather pillows made for a restful...

We LOVED our stay. The staff were wonderful. We visited over the busy Easter weekend and from the staff at check-in, to the servers in the restaurant to the cleaning staff--EVERYONE was friendly, helpful and working hard. The Kaiserhof Hotel is a lovely small hotel, approximately a five minute walk from the Opera, in a quiet back street. It has a period charm and the public areas and the bedrooms are all immaculately clean and well presented. Our bedroom on the fifth floor was well equipped and had all we needed for a 3 night stay. All...

Conveniently situated in a quiet side street but within easy reach of all the transport facilities and within easy walking distance of the city centre. We stayed a week in a room on the 4th floor which was spacious, spotlessly clean with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was exceptional and the best we have experienced in all our years...

Stayed at the Kaiserhof for 4 nights, could be happier with the stay. The staff were great, the breakfast was really good, it was in a good location for us to travel Vienna. We had our Anniversary here and we received a bottle of Champagne and a card and the hostess helped up pick a great restaurant.
